PL 24771 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa narozna, zaopatrzona w wysuwana poduche do lezenia, skrzynie poscielowa oraz ruchome poduchy oparcia. Kanapa jest przeznaczona zasadniczo do wyposazenia pokoju wypoczynkowego. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc, pikowan, ksztalcie konturów oraz w konstrukcji boczków i poduch oparcia. Ponadto kanapa posiada dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia oraz zmiany jego ogólnego wygladu poprzez mozliwosc podnoszenia poduch oparcia i ustawiania odchylenia boczków. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zawiera szeroki segment rozkladany z wysuwana na podnosni- kach poducha, z jednej strony osloniety boczkiem, zas z drugiej strony polaczony z waskim, wydluzo- nym segmentem skrzyniowym o podnoszonym siedzisku, oslaniajacym skrzynie poscielowa, który skrajnie jest zaopatrzony w drugi boczek. Segmenty maja u dolu elementy skrzyniowe, oparte na pro- stych, lekko stozkowych nózkach i na bokach zaopatrzone w tapicerowane oslony. Na siedziskach skrzyn znajduja sie poduchy ozdobione na krawedziach oraz na górnych powierzchniach, przeszyciami i pikowaniem. W szerokim segmencie dwie poduchy posiadaja po dwa wzdluzne i dwa poprzeczne, symetrycznie rozlozone przeszycia, zas w punktach ich przeciecia sa zlokalizowane pikowania. W wa- skim segmencie poducha posiada dwa wzdluzne i piec poprzecznych przeszyc z analogicznym piko- waniem. W tylnej czesci segmenty maja stale oparcie, które od tylu jest pionowe i w calosci tapicero- wane, zas z przodu ma uformowane gladkie poduchy stale, zintegrowane poprzez wewnetrzne mecha- nizmy przegubowe, z gladkimi poduchami ruchomymi, przy czym w pozycji zamknietej poduchy ru- chome oslaniaja poduchy stale, zas w pozycji podniesionej tworza wysoki obszar zaglówkowy. Boczki maja ksztalt waskiego prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych rogach oraz bokach w formie pojedynczej krawedzi przeszycia, przy czym posrodku powierzchni bocznej znajduje sie dlugie, lekko skosne prze- szycie, które tworzy krawedz przechylania górnej czesci boczka, która moze przyjmowac pozycje pio- nowa lub odchylona lekko na zewnatrz. Kanapa moze wystepowac w dwóch lustrzanych ukladach i w róznych zestawieniach kolorów materialu tapicerskiego. Natomiast boczki maja ksztalt waskiego pro- stopadloscianu o zaokraglonych rogach oraz bokach w formie pojedynczej krawedzi przeszycia, przy czym posrodku powierzchni bocznej znajduje sie dlugie, lekko skosne przeszycie, które tworzy krawedz przechylania górnej czesci boczka, która moze przyjmowac pozycje pionowa lub odchylona lekko na zewnatrz, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. – fig. 6. The sofa is intended primarily for furnishing a rest room. The originality of the industrial design is manifested in the general shape of the furniture, and particularly in the arrangement of the stitching lines, quilting, the shape of the contours and in the construction of the sides and backrest cushions. In addition, the sofa has additional functional features related to the function of transforming from a piece of furniture for sitting into a piece of furniture for lying down and changing its general appearance by the possibility of lifting the backrest cushions and setting the inclination of the sides. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where fig. 1. shows the sofa in a front-side view, fig. 2 – the sofa in a side view from the wider side with straightened sides, fig. 3 – the sofa in a side-back view from the narrower side, fig. 4 – the sofa in a side-front view from the narrower side with raised seat cushions, fig. 5 – the sofa in the unfolded position, and fig. 6 – the sofa in the unfolded position with an exposed bedding box. The subject of the industrial design comprises a wide folding segment with a cushion that slides out on lifters, on one side covered with a side panel, and on the other side connected to a narrow, elongated box segment with a liftable seat, covering the bedding box, which is provided with a second side panel at the extreme end. The segments have box elements at the bottom, supported by straight, slightly conical legs and provided with upholstered covers on the sides. The box seats have cushions decorated on the edges and on the upper surfaces with stitching and quilting. In the wide segment, two cushions have two longitudinal and two transverse, symmetrically placed stitching, and quilting is located at their intersection points. In the narrow segment, the cushion has two longitudinal and five transverse stitching with analogous quilting. In the rear part, the segments have a fixed backrest, which is vertical and fully upholstered from the back, while in the front it has smooth fixed cushions, integrated by internal joint mechanisms, with smooth movable cushions, whereby in the closed position the movable cushions cover the fixed cushions, and in the raised position they create a high headrest area. The side panels have the shape of a narrow cuboid with rounded corners and sides in the form of a single edge of stitching, whereby in the middle of the side surface there is a long, slightly slanting stitching, which creates a tilting edge of the upper part of the side panel, which can take a vertical position or tilted slightly outwards. The sofa can appear in two mirrored arrangements and in different combinations of upholstery material colours.
