Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie dwukolorowych kontrastujacych ze soba jego obic tapicerowanych, strukturze ich powierzchni i ukladzie ozdobnych przeszyc ciemniejszych jego elementów tapicerowanych. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, contrasting two-colour upholstery, the structure of its surface and the arrangement of decorative stitching of the darker upholstered elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, where Fig. 1 shows the corner sofa, folded, in a perspective view from the front and side, Fig. 2 – the same sofa, in a perspective view but from the back and opposite side, and Fig. 3 – the same sofa, unfolded and with the seat slightly raised upwards, covering the bedding box, in a perspective view. The corner sofa, when folded for sitting, as shown in the illustrations of fig. 1 and 2, consists of two cuboid boxes, covered from above by separate seats in the shape of flattened cuboids, arranged perpendicularly to each other so that when viewed from above they together have a shape resembling the letter "L", wherein the right box, pulled forward, with the second front part of the bed lifted in it, also in the shape of a flattened cuboid, is significantly longer than the left fixed bedding box with the seat lifted upwards, and in addition, the surfaces of the lower parts of the two perpendicularly arranged and connected backrests of this sofa are adjacent to the rear longer right box and the rear wall of its seat, as well as to the outer side surface of the left fixed box. These backrests are three plate-shaped cuboidal elements with a height greater than the height of these boxes together with their seats, which on the external side above these seats have sloping surfaces constituting support for four backrest cushions in the shape of flattened cuboidal solids, including three cushions placed on the right longer seat and one cushion longer than the others, placed at the end of the fixed seat and partially on the left lifting seat. In addition, the outer front of the right pull-out box and the outer front of its plate-type rear backrest are covered with a connected bridgehead in the shape of a cuboid solid which has the shape of a rectangle in the front view, which has rounded corners and edges, and in the vertical wall on the seat side and around half of its height there is an elongated horizontal channel which has a U-shaped profile in the front view, in which the right end of the seat is mounted, while the rear surface of this bridgehead is flush with the rear vertical surface of the longer backrest. In turn, the front front part of the left shorter backrest of this sofa has a cut-out which, in a side view, has the profile of the letter "L", on the lower horizontal wall of which rests part of the seat covering the bedding box. In addition, all external surfaces of both boxes, the right abutment and the rear backrests are covered with white upholstery fabric, while all external surfaces of both seats and backrest cushions are covered with brown upholstery fabric, and all edges of these seats and backrest cushions have white stitched seams, while the three shorter cushions have seams on their surface dividing them into four identical surfaces, the left longer cushion has seams dividing its surface into six identical surfaces, while the left seat has seams on its surface dividing it into nine analogous surfaces, and the right seat has stitching on its surface dividing it into ten similar surfaces. In addition, the base of the sofa headboard in its front and rear corners and the base of the left box in its front corners as well as the backrests in their front and rear corners and in the middle part are equipped with feet in the form of rectangular plates. In turn, in the unfolded state intended for lying or sleeping, shown in the illustrative material Fig. 3 of the sofa, its longer right box with the second, front part of the bed placed therein is pulled forward so that its rectangular front wall is not flush with the shorter, rectangular wall of the left fixed box, and this part of the bed placed therein with the cut lower, front corners is lifted upwards and rests on the upper front side of this box and on the metal frame attached therein so that its upper surface is flush with the upper surfaces of both sofa seats. PL 23210 3 Essential features of the industrial design A corner sofa that can be extended to serve as a seat and a bed, having two cuboid boxes of different lengths, covered from above by two separate seats, positioned perpendicularly to each other so that when viewed from above they have a shape resembling the letter "L" and covering these boxes two connected and positioned perpendicularly to each other plate backrests with sloping front upper parts of their surfaces to which four cuboid cushions adhere, and a cuboid footboard is attached to the right side of the longer box and to the right front of the longer backrest as shown in the illustration material fig. 1-3 is characterised in that: ? the footboard connecting the outer front of the right box and the outer front of its plate-like rear backrest having the shape of a cuboid, having the shape of a rectangle in front view, has rounded edges and corners, and in the vertical wall on the seat side and around half of its height there is an elongated, horizontal channel having a U-shaped profile in front view, in which the right end of the longer seat is mounted, while the rear surface of this bridgehead is flush with the rear vertical surface of the longer backrest; ? all upholstery fabrics of both boxes and the pull-out front part of the bed and the right bridgehead and both backrests of this sofa have a uniform colour contrasting with the uniform colour of both seats and backrest cushions; the front front part of the left shorter backrest of this sofa has a recess made having a profile of the letter "L" in a side view, on the lower horizontal wall of which part of the left seat rests; ? all edges of both seats and back cushions have stitched stitching, while the cushion and seats have stitched stitching located perpendicularly to each other dividing their surfaces into several single-colour surfaces, and the threads of these stitching have a uniform colour contrasting with the colour of these seats and cushions.
