PL 24996 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli tapicerowanych, przeznaczony do wyposazenia pokoju wypoczynkowego lub salonu. W sklad kompletu wchodzi sofa szeroka, sofa waska oraz fotel. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc, ksztalcie konturów oraz w konstrukcji oparcia i boczków. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony, na rysunku w widokach perspektywicznych, gdzie fig. 1. przedstawia sofe szeroka z przodu, fig. 2 – sofe waska z przodu, fig. 3 – sofe szeroka w pozycji boczno-tylnej, fig. 4 – fotel z przodu, fig. 5 – fotel w pozycji przednio-bocznej, zas fig. 6 – fotel z tylu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi komplet elementów, w sklad którego wchodzi sofa szeroka, sofa waska oraz fotel. Kazdy z elementów kompletu posiada jednolity korpus, w którym tapicerowana podstawa, osadzona na wysokich, smuklych i usytuowanych skosnie na zewnetrz nózkach, laczy sie poprzez lagodnie wyoblone powierzchnie zewnetrzne z odchylonymi lekko na zewnatrz boczkami, które z tylu przechodza w wyoblona tylna powierzchnie wysokiego oparcia, gdzie w górnych skrajnych naroznikach sa uformowane pólkoliste zaglówki. Na podstawie sa umieszczone gladkie poduchy siedziska, zaopatrzone na brzegach w wyrazne przeszycia. Powyzej znajduje sie gladkie oparcie, zaopatrzone w pojedyncze poziome, glebokie przeszycie, które jest zlokalizowane ponizej polowy oparcia, na wysokosci zblizonej do poziomu górnej powierzchni boczków. Sofa szeroka ma wydluzona podstawe, na której sa umieszczone po trzy poduchy siedziska i oparcia. Sofa waska ma wezsza podstawe, na której sa umieszczone po dwie poduchy siedziska i oparcia. Fotel ma waska podstawe, na której jest umieszczona jedna poducha siedziska i oparcia. Komplet moze wystepowac w róznych zestawieniach kolorów i faktury materialu tapicerskiego oraz wybarwieniach nóg. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. The set includes a wide sofa, a narrow sofa, and an armchair. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly in the stitching lines, contours, and the construction of the backrest and sides. The industrial design is shown in perspective views in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the wide sofa from the front, Fig. 2 – the narrow sofa from the front, Fig. 3 – the wide sofa in a side-back position, Fig. 4 – the armchair from the front, Fig. 5 – the armchair in a front-side position, and Fig. 6 – the armchair from the back. The industrial design is a set of elements, including a wide sofa, a narrow sofa, and an armchair. Each element of the set has a unified body, in which the upholstered base, set on tall, slender legs, angled outwards, connects through gently curved outer surfaces with slightly outward-sloping side panels, which merge at the rear into the curved rear surface of the high backrest, where semicircular headrests are formed in the uppermost corners. The base features smooth seat cushions with distinct stitching on the edges. Above it is a smooth backrest, equipped with a single, deep horizontal stitching located below the middle of the backrest, at a height close to the level of the upper side panels. The wide sofa has an elongated base, supporting three seat and back cushions each. The narrow sofa has a narrower base, supporting two seat and back cushions each. The armchair has a narrow base, supporting a single seat and backrest cushion. The set is available in a variety of upholstery colors, textures, and leg finishes. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A set of upholstered furniture, consisting of a wide sofa, a narrow sofa and an armchair, is characterized in that each element of the set has a uniform body, in which the upholstered base, mounted on high, slender legs positioned obliquely on the outside, is connected by gently rounded outer surfaces with slightly outwardly inclined sides, which at the back turn into the built-in rear surface of the high backrest, where in the upper extreme corners there are formed semicircular headrests. Furthermore, on the base there are smooth seat cushions, provided with distinct stitching on the edges, and above there is a smooth backrest, provided with a single, horizontal, deep stitching, which is located below the middle of the backrest, at a height close to the level of the upper surface of the sides, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 6. 2.
