Efekt estetyczny zapewnia nowa postac elementów zestawu, poprzez oryginalne uksztaltowanie podstaw, zewnetrznych powierzchni i linii przenikania oraz wpasowanie w bryle czesci z drewna lub metalu. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmioto- wego wzoru uwidoczniono w sposób pelny na rysunkach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. Zestaw wypoczynkowy uwidoczniono na rysunkach, które ukazuja: fig. 1 - fotel lub sofe odmiany I, fig. 2 - widok z boku na fotel z pogrubionym podlokietnikiem, fig. 3 - widok z boku na fotel z wznoszacym sie podlokietnikiem, fig. 4 - fotel z jednoczescio- wym oparciem, fig. 5 - sofe odmiany IV ze wznoszacym sie podlokietnikiem, fig. 6 - fotel odmiany VI bez zaglówka ze zwezajacym sie podlokietnikiem, fig. 7 - fotel ze zwezajaca sie podstawa podlokietnika, fig. 8 - sofe z dlugim zaglówkiem, fig. 9 - sofe z krótkimi zaglówkami. The subject of an industrial design is a new and original sofa set. The aesthetic effect is provided by the new form of the elements of the set, through the original shaping of the bases, external surfaces and lines of penetration as well as fitting the wood or metal parts into the body. Manifestations of industrial design creativity, which cover the essence of the subject design, are fully visible on the drawings, which constitute an integral part of the application and illustrate, together with the design description, the features essential in the scope of the legal protection given. The leisure set is shown in the drawings, which show: fig. 1 - armchair or sofa type I, fig. 2 - side view of the armchair with a thick armrest, fig. 3 - side view of the armchair with a rising armrest, fig. 4 - an armchair with a simultaneous backrest, fig. 5 - sofa type IV with a rising armrest, fig. 6 - an armchair of type VI without a headrest with a tapered armrest, fig. 7 - an armchair with a tapered armrest, fig. 8 - sofa with a long headrest, fig. 9 - a sofa with short headrests. As shown in the figures, the patterns have a specific appearance given by the following features: - the essential feature of the variant I are the backs 2 of the armchair and / or the sofa, horizontally stitched into half-shelves 5, connected with at least one headrest 4 similar to a fight and / or armrests 3 in the form of horseshoes with a clearance over the seat 1, as shown in fig. 1; - the essential feature of variant I is the backrest 2 consisting of two parts: hard rear 6 and soft front 7, which are connected to each other or the front part 7 is loose located on the rear part 6, with only the front part 7 being stitched horizontally into the half-shelves 5 as shown in Fig. 2; - an essential feature of variant II are the armrests 3 of variable thickness, as shown in Fig. 2; - an essential feature of variant III are the armrests 3 of variable height, as shown in fig. 3; - an essential feature of variant IV is the simultaneous abutment 2 as shown in fig. 4; - an essential feature of the variant V is the simultaneous support 2 with a changing armrest 3, as shown in Fig. 5; - an essential feature of variant VI is the simultaneous headrest 4 as shown in Fig. 8; - a significant feature of variant VII is the plurality of headrests 4 as shown in Fig. 8; The 2-seater and / or 3-seater sofas preferably have a pull-out seat 1 with a so-called Belgian sleeping machine or a container for bedding under the seat 1. The legs 8 of the armchair are wooden or metal. The upholstery is made of known upholstery materials, such as natural leather, non-woven fabrics, velor or imitation leather. The elements of the set made in the form of a pattern and its variants, marked with the reserved essential features, give the blocks of the set elements a specific and original appearance and are shown in the photographs in the examples of execution.
