Zestaw wypoczynkowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 2005-09-30 Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i oryginalny zestaw wypoczynkowy. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia nowa postac elementów zestawu, poprzez oryginalne uksztaltowanie podstaw, zewnetrznych powierzchni i linii przenikania oraz wpasowanie w bryle czesci z drewna lub metalu. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmioto- wego wzoru uwidoczniono w sposób pelny na rysunkach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. Zestaw wypoczynkowy uwidoczniono na rysunkach, które ukazuja: fig. 1 - fotel lub sofe odmiany I, fig. 2 - widok z boku na fotel z pogrubionym podlokietnikiem, fig. 3 - widok z boku na fotel z wznoszacym sie podlokietnikiem, fig. 4 - fotel z jednoczescio- wym oparciem, fig. 5 - sofe odmiany IV ze wznoszacym sie podlokietnikiem, fig. 6 - fotel odmiany VI bez zaglówka ze zwezajacym sie podlokietnikiem, fig. 7 - fotel ze zwezajaca sie podstawa podlokietnika, fig. 8 - sofe z dlugim zaglówkiem, fig. 9 - sofe z krótkimi zaglówkami. The industrial design registration right is valid from September 30, 2005. The subject of the industrial design is a new and original lounge set. The aesthetic effect is provided by the new form of the set's elements, through the original shaping of the bases, external surfaces, and interpenetration lines, as well as the incorporation of wood or metal parts into the body. The manifestations of industrial design creativity that define the essence of the design in question are fully demonstrated in the drawings, which constitute an integral part of the application and, together with the design description, illustrate the features essential to the scope of the sought legal protection. The lounge set is shown in the drawings, which show: fig. 1 - armchair or sofa of type I, fig. 2 - side view of an armchair with a thickened armrest, fig. 3 - side view of an armchair with a rising armrest, fig. 4 - armchair with a one-piece backrest, fig. 5 - sofa of type IV with a rising armrest, fig. 6 - armchair of type VI without a headrest with a tapering armrest, fig. 7 - armchair with a tapering armrest base, fig. 8 - sofa with a long headrest, fig. 9 - sofa with short headrests. As shown in the drawings, the patterns have a specific appearance given by the features listed below: - an essential feature of variant I is the backrest 2 of the armchair and/or sofa stitched horizontally onto half-cylinders 5, connected to at least one headrest 4 similar in shape to the cylinder, and/or armrests 3 in the form of horseshoes with a clearance above the seat 1, as shown in fig. 1; - an essential feature of variant I is the backrest 2 consisting of two parts: a hard rear part 6 and a soft front part 7, which are connected to each other or the front part 7 is loosely placed on the rear part 6, with only the front part 7 being stitched horizontally onto half-cylinders 5, as shown in fig. 2; - an essential feature of variant II is the armrests 3 of variable thickness, as shown in fig. 2; - an essential feature of variant III is armrests 3 with variable height, as shown in fig. 3; - an essential feature of variant IV is a one-piece backrest 2, as shown in fig. 4; - an essential feature of variant V is a one-piece backrest 2 with a variable armrest 3, as shown in fig. 5; - an essential feature of variant VI is a one-piece headrest 4, as shown in fig. 8; - an essential feature of variant VII is a plurality of headrests 4, as shown in fig. 8; 2-seater and/or 3-seater sofas preferably have an extendable seat 1 with a so-called Belgian sleeping machine or a bedding container under the seat 1. The legs 8 of the armchair are wooden or metal. The upholstery is made of known upholstery materials, such as natural leather, non-woven fabrics, velour or imitation leather. The elements of the set made in the form of a pattern and its variations, designated by the claimed essential features, give the shapes of the set elements a specific and original appearance and are shown in photographs in the embodiment examples. Essential features of industrial design 1. A lounge set, characterized in that it has backrests 2 of an armchair and/or sofa stitched horizontally into half-rounds 5, at least one headrest 4 similar in shape to a roundel and/or armrests 3 in the form of horseshoes with a clearance above the seat 1, as shown in fig. 1. 2. A set according to claim 1, characterized in that the backrest 2 consists of two parts: a hard rear part 6 and a soft front part £ which are connected to each other or the front part 7 is loosely placed on the rear part 6, with only the front part 7 being stitched horizontally onto the half-rollers 5, as shown in fig. 2.3.
