Leisure furniture set The subject of the industrial design is a leisure furniture set, especially upholstered furniture, consisting of a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, an armchair and a footrest.

Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac mebli przejawiajaca sie w ich indywidualnym charakterze nadanym im przez nowe kontury i ksztalty, co wplywa na oryginalny wyglad i podnosi ich walory estetyczne. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of furniture manifested in their individual character given them by new contours and shapes, which affects the original appearance and enhances their aesthetic value.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na za- laczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia kanape trzyosobowa, fig. 2 - kanape dwuosobowa, fig. 3 - fotel, - kanape trzyosobowa rozlozona, a fig. 5 - pufe. The object of the industrial design is shown on the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a three-seater sofa, Fig. 2 - a two-seater sofa, Fig. 3 - an armchair, - unfolded three-seater sofa, and Fig. 5 - a pouffe.

Kanape trzyosobowa stanowi tapicerowany stelaz, który jest wkomponowany w oparcie tylne oraz oparcia boczne. The three-seater sofa is an upholstered frame that is integrated into the backrest and side rests.

Wzdluz oparcia tylnego umieszczone sa dodatkowo poduszki wykonane z materialu stanowiacego obicie kanapy. Poduszki stanowia wygodne oparcie, a zarazem stanowia dodatkowy ele- ment dekoracyjny. Along the rear seat backrest there are additional cushions made of the material constituting the sofa upholstery. Pillows provide a comfortable support, and at the same time are an additional decorative element.

Kanape mozna rozlozyc poprzez wysuniecie siedziska ku przodowi. The couch can be unfolded by pulling the seat forward.

Pufe stanowi tapicerowany stelaz na masywnych, tapice- rowanych nózkach. The pouf is an upholstered frame on massive, upholstered legs.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego nadajace mu indywi- dualny charakter polegaja na tym, ze kanape trzyosobowa stanowi tapicerowany stelaz, który jest wkomponowany w oparcie tylne oraz oparcia boczne. Wzdluz oparcia tylnego umieszczone sa dodatkowo poduszki wykonane z materialu sta- nowiacego obicie kanapy. Poduszki stanowia wygodne oparcie, a zarazem stanowia dodatkowy element dekoracyjny, jak poka- zano na fig. 1.
