Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli wypoc2ynkowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac mebli wypoczynkowych przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji. Komplet mebli wypoczynkowy, skladajacy sie z kanapy oraz fotela , posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, meble sa w ksztalcie przypominajacy poziomy walec z wybraniami tworzacymi siedziska z oparciami . Na górnej czesci mebli znajduja sie zaglówki . Kanapa posiada pas rozdzielajacy którego oparcie tylne przechodzi miedzy zaglówkami. Oparcia tylne mebli zaopatrzone sa w poduchy. Meble zaopatrzone sa w nogi w postaci szerokich belek z metalicznymi koncówkami. Boczne oparcia z zewnetrznej strony posiadaja ozdobne obramowania. Zaglówki, wybrania tworzace siedziska i oparcia bez pasa rozdzielajacego przy kanapie oraz zewnetrzne strony bocznych oparc sa w kolorze kontrastowym w stosunku do pozostalych czesci mebli. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of lounge furniture. The essence of the design is a new form of lounge furniture, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration. The lounge furniture set, consisting of a sofa and an armchair, has the following essential features of an industrial design: the furniture is shaped like a horizontal cylinder with recesses creating seats with backrests. The upper part of the furniture has headrests. The sofa has a dividing strip, the backrest of which passes between the headrests. The backrests of the furniture are equipped with cushions. The furniture has legs in the form of wide beams with metallic tips. The side backrests have decorative frames on the outer sides. The headrests, the recesses that make up the seats and backrests without a dividing strip on the sofa, and the outer sides of the side backrests are in a contrasting color to the rest of the furniture.
