Nowa i unikalna postac mebli zestawu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyraza sie w ich ksztalcie. W rzucie bocznym ksztalt oraz wymiary: glebokosc i wysokosc sofy jest identyczna z ksztaltem fotela: Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym: nogi zestawu tworza jedna bryle wraz z podlokietnikiem w ksztalcie postawionej litery C o katach prostych. To, co charakterystyczne jest to, ze nogi wraz z podlokietnikiem sa obite materialem tapicerskim. Z tylu podlokietniki polaczone sajednobrylowym, prostokatnym lacznikiem, obitym materialem tapicerskim o identycznej szerokosci jak nogi/podlokietnik. W laczniku tym znajduja sie dwa otwory, do którego wpuszczone sa prety regulowanego na wysokosc tapicerowanego zaglówka o ksztalcie splaszczonego walca. W sofie wystepuja dwa takie same zaglówki. Rama siedziska oraz boki i tyl umocowane sa na nogach/podlokietnikach w ten sposób, ze wewnetrzne plaszczyzny nóg/podlokietników, lacznika tylnego i scianek wewnetrznych tworza plaszczyzny. W widoku zewnetrznym scianki boczne, o ksztalcie prostokatnym, sa umiejscowione wewnatrz w sposób, który sprawia, zenogi/podlokietnik i lacznik tylny zachodza za w/w elementy. Nogi/podlokietnik wsparty jest na podkladkach drewnianych. Siedziska i oparcia stanowia poduchy wypelnione wypelniaczami naturalnymi lub syntetycznymi. Poduchy siedzisk polozone sa na ramie, która z przodu wykonczona jest takim samym materialem jak wewnetrzne i zewnetrzne scianki boczne oraz scianka tylna W rzucie pionowym kanapa jest, dwukrotnie szersza od fotela. Jest to jedyny wymiar róznicujacy obydwa meble. Na konstrukcji nóg wsparta jest rama siedziska wraz ze sciankami bocznymi i tylna, która zakonczona jest lacznikiem o szerokosci podlokietnika/nóg Z lacznika wyprowadzone sa poprzez otwory dwa prety, na których umocowany jest zaglówek w ksztalcie splaszczonego walca. W sofie wysteruja dwa zaglówki oraz dwie poduchy siedziskowe i dwie sluzace do oparcia. Fotel jest wyposazony w jeden zaglówek i w jeden komplet poduch (siedziskowa i sluzaca do oparcia).Fig 1. The new and unique form of the furniture set, according to the industrial design, is expressed in its shape. In a side view, the shape and dimensions: the depth and height of the sofa are identical to those of the armchair. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which: the legs of the set form a single solid block with an armrest in the shape of an inverted letter C with right angles. A distinctive feature is that the legs and armrest are upholstered. At the back, the armrests are connected by a single, rectangular connector, upholstered in upholstery material of the same width as the legs and armrest. This connector features two holes into which the rods of the height-adjustable, upholstered headrest, shaped like a flattened cylinder, are inserted. The sofa features two identical headrests. The seat frame, sides, and back are mounted on the legs/armrests so that the inner surfaces of the legs/armrests, the back connector, and the inner walls form planes. From the exterior view, the rectangular side walls are positioned internally so that the legs/armrest and back connector overlap. The legs/armrest are supported by wooden pads. The seats and backrests are cushioned with natural or synthetic fillings. The seat cushions rest on a frame, the front of which is finished with the same material as the inner and outer side walls and the back wall. In a vertical view, the sofa is twice as wide as the armchair. This is the only dimension differentiating the two pieces of furniture. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The furniture set is characterized by its unique structure, in which the legs and armrests form a single solid in the shape of a horizontal "C" with right angles. The leg structure supports the seat frame, along with the side and back panels, which terminate in a connector the width of the armrest/legs. Two rods extend through holes from the connector, supporting a headrest in the shape of a flattened cylinder. The sofa features two headrests, two seat cushions, and two backrest cushions.
