Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli wypoczynkowych, tapicerowanych, w postaci fotela jednoosobowego oraz sofy trzyosobowej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii elementów bocznych mebli, stanowiacych nogi, boczki i podlokietniki mebli. Meble wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowia konstrukcje w postaci stelaza fotela jednoosobowego oraz stelaza sofy trzyosobowej, wyposazonego w elementy wypelnienia i pokrycia tapicerskiego. W obu elementach skladowych kompletu mebli to znaczy w fotelu jednoosobowym oraz w sofie trzyosobowej, jako zasadnicze elementy mozna wyróznic siedzisko, oparcie, boczki i podlokietniki oraz plyte czolowa pod siedziskiem. W znanych rozwiazaniach boczki mebli tapicerowanych stanowia pelne elementy z wlasnym stelazem wewnetrznym, wypelnieniem i obiciem tapicerskim. W innych rozwiazaniach boczki mebli stanowia zespoly elementów drewnianych w ksztalcie zblizonym do równolegloboku, trapezu lub trójkata, stanowiace z jednej strony nogi mebla, i z drugiej strony jegopodlokietnik. W szeregu rozwiazaniach siedzisko i oparcie stanowia prostokatne poduchy o ostro zakonczonych naroznikach. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy ksztalt boczków polaczonych z podlokietnikami i pelniacych równoczesnie funkcje nóg mebla. Boczki mebla maja postac ksztaltowników o przekroju zamknietym. Przekrój tych ksztaltowników ma ksztalt eliptyczny i kazdy boczek ma postac dwóch odcinków ksztaltownika, gdzie jeden odcinek ma postac wycinka luku, którego konce oparte sa na podlodze i stanowia nogi mebla. Do tego wycinka luku, w jego pionowej plaszczyznie, zamocowany jest drugi lukowaty odcinek ksztaltownika zblizony do wycinka elipsy, którego wolny koniec przebiega niemal poziomo do przodu, obok i ponad krawedzia siedziska mebla. Ten drugi koniec tego drugiego odcinka ksztaltownika stanowi roboczy fragment podlokietnika mebla. Poduszki podlokietników zawieraja od spodu prostokatne naszywki w postaci kieszeni, co uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and line arrangement of the side elements of the furniture, which constitute the legs, side panels, and armrests. The furniture according to the industrial design consists of a structure in the form of a single armchair frame and a three-seater sofa frame, equipped with filling elements and upholstery. In both components of the furniture set, i.e., the single armchair and the three-seater sofa, the essential elements include the seat, backrest, side panels, armrests, and a front panel under the seat. In known solutions, the side panels of upholstered furniture are solid elements with their own internal frame, filling, and upholstery. In other solutions, furniture sides are composed of wooden elements in a shape similar to a parallelogram, trapezoid, or triangle, constituting the legs of the furniture on one side and the armrest on the other. In several solutions, the seat and backrest are rectangular cushions with sharply pointed corners. The essence of the industrial design is the new shape of the sides, connected to the armrests and simultaneously functioning as the furniture's legs. The furniture sides are formed by profiles with a closed cross-section. The cross-section of these profiles is elliptical, and each side is composed of two profile sections, one section being a segment of an arc, the ends of which rest on the floor and constitute the furniture's legs. Attached to this arc segment, in its vertical plane, is a second arc-shaped section of the profile, similar to an ellipse segment. The free end of this second section of the profile runs almost horizontally forward, next to and above the edge of the furniture seat. This second end of the second section of the profile constitutes the working part of the furniture armrest. The armrest cushions have rectangular patches in the form of pockets on the underside, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3. Furniture according to the industrial design can be made by joining the elements indicated in the description, using known joining methods, to form a three-seater sofa and a single-seater armchair. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows: Fig. 1a - a front view of a single-seater armchair; Fig. 1b - a front view of a three-seater sofa; Fig. 1c - a side view of the furniture. Essential features of the industrial design. A set of lounge furniture in the form of a one-seater armchair and a three-seater sofa, comprising a frame and seats and backrests in the form of rectangular cushions with sharpened corners, and including side panels with armrests equipped with cushions, is characterized in that each of the two side panels of each piece of furniture in the set is composed of two elements connected together, both of which are arcuately bent closed sections with an elliptical cross-section, where the lower element has the shape of a segment of an arc whose ends constitute one pair of furniture legs, and in the rear part, to this arcuately bent lower element, a second, arcuately bent forward element is attached in the same plane, where its end runs next to and above the side edge of the seat of each piece of furniture in the set, while the armrest cushion has a pocket on the underside.
