Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii elementów bocznych mebli, stanowiacych nogi, boczki i podlokietniki mebli. Meble wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowia konstrukcje w postaci stelaza fotela jednoosobowego oraz stelaza sofy trzyosobowej, wyposazonego w elementy wypelnienia i pokrycia tapicerskiego. W obu elementach skladowych kompletu mebli to znaczy w fotelu jednoosobowym oraz w sofie trzyosobowej, jako zasadnicze elementy mozna wyróznic siedzisko, oparcie, boczki i podlokietniki oraz plyte czolowa pod siedziskiem. W znanych rozwiazaniach boczki mebli tapicerowanych stanowia pelne elementy z wlasnym stelazem wewnetrznym, wypelnieniem i obiciem tapicerskim. W innych rozwiazaniach boczki mebli stanowia zespoly elementów drewnianych w ksztalcie zblizonym do równolegloboku, trapezu lub trójkata, stanowiace z jednej strony nogi mebla, i z drugiej strony jegopodlokietnik. W szeregu rozwiazaniach siedzisko i oparcie stanowia prostokatne poduchy o ostro zakonczonych naroznikach. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy ksztalt boczków polaczonych z podlokietnikami i pelniacych równoczesnie funkcje nóg mebla. Boczki mebla maja postac ksztaltowników o przekroju zamknietym. Przekrój tych ksztaltowników ma ksztalt eliptyczny i kazdy boczek ma postac dwóch odcinków ksztaltownika, gdzie jeden odcinek ma postac wycinka luku, którego konce oparte sa na podlodze i stanowia nogi mebla. Do tego wycinka luku, w jego pionowej plaszczyznie, zamocowany jest drugi lukowaty odcinek ksztaltownika zblizony do wycinka elipsy, którego wolny koniec przebiega niemal poziomo do przodu, obok i ponad krawedzia siedziska mebla. Ten drugi koniec tego drugiego odcinka ksztaltownika stanowi roboczy fragment podlokietnika mebla. Poduszki podlokietników zawieraja od spodu prostokatne naszywki w postaci kieszeni, co uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape and arrangement of the lines of the side elements of the furniture, constituting the legs, sides and armrests of the furniture. According to the industrial design, the furniture is a structure in the form of a frame for a one-person armchair and a frame for a three-seater sofa, equipped with elements of filling and upholstery. In both components of the set of furniture, i.e. in a single-seat armchair and in a three-seat sofa, the main elements include the seat, backrest, side panels and armrests, and the front panel under the seat. In known solutions, the sides of upholstered furniture are full elements with their own internal frame, filling and upholstery. In other solutions, the sides of the furniture are assemblies of wooden elements in a shape similar to a parallelogram, trapezoid or triangle, constituting the legs of the furniture on one side, and its armrest on the other. In many solutions, the seat and the backrest are rectangular cushions with pointed corners. The essence of the industrial design is the new shape of the side panels connected with the armrests and simultaneously functioning as the legs of the furniture. The sides of the furniture have the form of closed section shapes. The cross-section of these shapes has an elliptical shape and each side is in the form of two sections of the profile, where one segment is in the form of a segment of an arc, the ends of which rest on the floor and constitute the legs of the furniture. To this segment of the hatch, in its vertical plane, a second hatch section of the formwork is attached, close to the segment of the ellipse, the free end of which runs almost horizontally forward, next to and over the edge of the seat. This other end of the second section of the profile is the working part of the armrest of the furniture. The armrest cushions contain on the underside rectangular patches in the form of pockets, which is shown in the attached drawing fig. 3. Furniture according to the industrial design can be made by joining together the elements indicated in the description, using known methods of joining such elements, in the form of a three-seater sofa and an armchair. for one person.
