ZESTAW WYPOCZYNKOWY TAPICEROWANY Przedmiotem zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych tapicerowanych o nazwie ANIA z skladajacy sie w zestawieniu podstawowym z fotela jednoosobowego nie rozkladanego, (fot. „Fig."7A), sofy dwuosobowej rozkladanej i nie rozkladanej (fot. „Fig."6A),oraz sofy trzyosobowej rozkladanej i nie rozkladanej (fot. „Fig.' 5A). Moga byc wykorzystywane jako zestawy meblowe : pokojowe, wypoczynkowe a takze moga byc oferowane w róznego rodzaju zestawieniach np. jako elementy pojedyncze lub w zestawach skladajacych sie z dowolnej liczby i rodzajów elementów wymienionych w zestawie podstawowym w zaleznosci od mozliwosci finansowych i upodoban klientów Zestaw wypoczynkowy o nazwie ANIA wedlug prezentowanego wzoru przemyslowego zawiera jako jednostke modulowa fotel jednoosobowy nie rozkladany, którego istotne czesci skladowe przedstawione zostaly na rysunku i stanowia : siedzisko „Fig." 3A 6 , cokól „Fig." 3A 5, boczki „Fig." 3A 3, oparcie „Fig." 3A 1, porecze „Fig." 3A 2, stopki plastikowe „Fig." 3A 4, oraz sciana tylna „Fig." 3B. Plaszczyzna sciany tylnej (pleców) prezentowanych mebli tapicerowanych przyjmuje odpowiednio, przekrój prostokata pionowego, w przypadku fotela, lub prostokata poziomego w przypadku sofy, fot. „Fig."7B. Siedzisko fotela ma ksztalt ulozonego prostopadloscianu z plaskimi narozami przylegajacymi do oparcia. W przedniej czesci siedzisko opiera sie na poziomo ulozonym prostokatnym cokole - rys. „Fig." 3A 5, którego górna czesc posiada przeszycie - „wypustke" w ksztalcie luku, same zas siedzisko jest wysuniete poza cokól. Poducha siedziskowa ulozona jest listwach sprezynujacych których zadaniem jest przejmowanie na siebie nacisku oraz stanowia tez element amortyzujacy.Siedzisko fotela posiada ozdobne, poziome przeszycia w swej wysunietej czesci. Warto zaznaczyc iz cokól fotela, jak i sofy dwu i trzydrzwiowej jest wykonczony falistymi przeszyciami zdobniczymi co zostalo uwidocznione na fotografiach. Boczki fotela, sofy (klapki), rys. „Fig." 3 A sa polaczone z porecza przez i maja ksztalt nieregularnego slupka, w czesci zewnetrznej krawedz boczku jest lukowo wygieta na zewnatrz a górna ukosna „Fig." 3A 3. W widoku z przodu „Fig." 7A, boczki (klapki) swa dolna czescia przylegaja do cokolu fotela oraz siedziska, a górna ich czesc plynnie przechodzi w plaszczyzne oparcia. Plaszczyzna boczków w miejscu okreslanym mianem poreczy jest lukowo wywinieta na zewnatrz fotela (sofy). Oparcie, „Fig." 3A 1 jest szeroka plaszczyzna polaczona z boczkami fotela i jest lekko odchylone, o okolo 115 stopni w stosunku do pionu. Plaszczyzna oparcia fotela jest ozdobnie poprzeszywana - poziomo. W przypadku sof dwu i trzyosobowych owych ozdobnych przeszyc jest odpowiednio wiecej i krzyzuja sie one z przeszyciami pionowymi tworzac podzial na cztery pola w przypadku sofy 2-osobowej, oraz szesc pól w sofie 3-osobowej. Górne pola maja powierzchnie zdecydowanie wieksza niz dolne. Cecha charakterystyczna owych przeszyc ozdobnych na oparciach jest wrazenie wizualne powodujace iz „wybrzuszenia" na nich tworza swoiste „poduszki", które z jednej strony spelniaja swa funkcje estetyczna a z drugiej strony zwiekszaja komfort uzytkowania mebla. Na podstawie jednostki modulowej, czyli fotela jednoosobowego powstaly sofa 2-osobowa i sofa 3-osobowa, w których ksztalt, sposób wykonania i wielkosci gabarytowe dotyczace wysokosci, glebokosci sa identyczne jak w fotelu. Jedynie szerokosc siedzisk i oparc sof jest proporcjonalnie wieksza od szerokosci siedziska i oparcia fotela tzn. szerokosc siedziska i oparcia jest wartoscia podwójnej i potrójnej szerokosci siedziska i oparcia fotela. Obicie opisywanych mebli jest wykonane z ekoskóry, sama zas konstrukcja szkieletu jest drewniana (elementy drewniane oblozone sa pianka poliuretanowa) z wykorzystaniem plyty wiórowej. W przypadku sofy w wersji rozkladanej stosowne sa elementy dodatkowe takie jak prowadnice, zawiasy, automaty (prawe i lewe), rolki, haki, bolce itp. Elementami nosnymi fotela, sofy dwuosobowej i trzyosobowej sa stopki plastikowe o przekroju kola mocowane do dolnej czesci boczku fotela (klapki) w liczbie czterech sztuk dla kazdego z prezentowanych elementów zestawu.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów zestawu, przejawiajace sie w ich ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym - rysunku i fotografiach zalaczonych do wniosku, przedstawiajacych zestaw wypoczynkowy w widoku z przodu, widok zestawu w calosci, oraz poszczególne elementy zestawu, czyli fotel jednoosobowy, sofe dwuosobowa i trzyosobowa w widoku z przodu, z boku i z tylu. Bardzo waznymi wlasciwosciami prezentowanego wzoru przemyslowego, dla jego zastrzezenia jest mozliwosc jego wykonania w róznych wybarwieniach, kolorach, odcieniach, rodzaju zastosowanego materialu, elementów zdobniczych, techniki wykonania, wykonczenia, oraz rodzaju konstrukcji i sposobu mocowania. Elementami, które odrózniaja caly zestaw od innych zestawów tapicerowanych jest element zdobniczy w postaci wykonanych na cokole przeszyc, ksztaltowi boczkom (klapkom), oraz oryginalnemu wykonaniu oparc w postaci poprzeszywanych pionowo i poziomo elementów oparcia przypominajacych swym ksztaltem „poduszki".„Fig." 1A „Fig." 1B „Fig." 2A „Fig."2B „Fig." 3A „Fig." 3B „Fig." 4„Fig." 5A „Fig." 5B „Fig." 6A „Fig." 6B „Fig." 7A „Fig." 7B „Fig." 8 PL PLUPHOLSTERED LOUNGE SET The subject of the submitted industrial design is a set of upholstered lounge furniture called ANIA, consisting of a single-seater, non-folding armchair (photo "Fig." 7A), a two-seater, folding and non-folding sofa (photo "Fig." 6A), and a three-seater, folding and non-folding sofa (photo "Fig." 5A). They can be used as furniture sets: living rooms, lounges, and can also be offered in various combinations, e.g. as single elements or in sets consisting of any number and types of elements listed in the basic set, depending on the financial possibilities and preferences of customers. The lounge set called ANIA, according to the presented industrial design, includes a single-seater, non-folding armchair as a modular unit, the essential components of which are shown in drawing and consist of: seat "Fig." 3A 6 , plinth "Fig." 3A 5 , sides "Fig." 3A 3 , backrest "Fig." 3A 1 , armrests "Fig." 3A 2 , plastic feet "Fig." 3A 4 , and rear wall "Fig." 3B . The plane of the rear wall (back) of the presented upholstered furniture has the cross-section of a vertical rectangle in the case of an armchair, or a horizontal rectangle in the case of a sofa, photo "Fig." 7B . The seat of the armchair has the shape of a cuboid with flat corners adjacent to the backrest. In the front part, the seat rests on a horizontally placed rectangular plinth - fig. "Fig." 3A 5 , the upper part of which has a stitching - an "overhang" in the shape of an arc, while the seat itself is extended beyond the plinth. The seat cushion is arranged on spring slats that absorb pressure and also act as a shock-absorbing element. The seat of the armchair has decorative, horizontal stitching in its extended part. It is worth noting that the base of the armchair, as well as the two- and three-door sofa, is finished with wavy decorative stitching, as shown in the photographs. The sides of the armchair and sofa (flaps), fig. "Fig." 3A, are connected to the armrest by and have the shape of an irregular post. In the outer part, the edge of the side is arched outwards and the upper one is diagonal "Fig." 3A 3. In the front view "Fig." 7A, the lower part of the side panels (flaps) adheres to the armchair base and seat, and their upper part smoothly merges with the backrest. The surface of the side panels, in the area known as the armrests, is curved outwards from the armchair (sofa). The backrest, "Fig." 3A 1, is a wide surface connected to the armchair sides and is slightly tilted, approximately 115 degrees from the vertical. The surface of the backrest is decoratively stitched horizontally. In the case of two- and three-seater sofas, there are correspondingly more of these decorative stitches, and they intersect with the vertical stitches, creating a division into four fields in the case of the two-seater sofa and six fields in the three-seater sofa. The upper fields have a significantly larger surface than the lower ones. A characteristic feature of these decorative stitchings on the backrests is the visual impression that the "bulges" on them create a kind of "cushion," which on the one hand fulfill an aesthetic function and on the other hand increase the comfort of using the furniture. Based on a modular unit, i.e., a single-seater armchair, a 2-seater sofa and a 3-seater sofa were created, whose shape, construction method, and overall dimensions regarding height and depth are identical to those of the armchair. Only the width of the sofa seats and backrests is proportionally greater than the width of the armchair seat and backrest, i.e., the width of the seat and backrest is double and triple the width of the armchair seat and backrest. The upholstery of these furniture is made of eco-leather, while the frame structure itself is made of wood (the wooden elements are covered with polyurethane foam) using particle board. For a sofa bed, additional elements such as guides, hinges, automatic mechanisms (right and left), rollers, hooks, pins, etc. are appropriate. The supporting elements of the armchair, two-seater, and three-seater sofas are four plastic feet with a circular cross-section attached to the lower part of the armchair's side (flaps) for each of the presented elements of the set. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is the new, three-dimensional shaping of the individual elements of the set, manifested in their shape, line layout, and color scheme, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material – a drawing and photographs attached to the application, showing the lounge set from the front, the entire set, and the individual elements of the set, i.e., the single-seater armchair, the two-seater sofa, and the three-seater sofa from the front, side, and back. The drawing shows: "Fig." 5A, 6A, 7A - front view of the entire set 3, 2, 1; "Fig." 5B - back view of the three-seater sofa; "Fig." 6B back view of the two-seater sofa; "Fig." 7B back view of the single armchair. Important features, relevant from the point of view of the registration procedure, are: the shape of the set's components, i.e. the shape of the single armchair; the shape of the two-seater sofa; the shape of the three-seater sofa. Very important properties of the presented industrial design, for its registration, are the possibility of its production in various dyeings, colors, shades, type of material used, decorative elements, manufacturing technique, finishing, as well as the type of construction and method of fastening. The elements that distinguish the entire set from other upholstered sets are the decorative elements in the form of stitching on the plinth, the shape of the sides (flaps), and the original design of the backrests in the form of vertically and horizontally stitched backrest elements resembling "pillows" in their shape.
