Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych z materialu tekstylnego skladajacy sie w zestawieniu podstawowym z fotela jednoosobowego nie rozkladanego, sofy dwuosobowej nie rozkladanej i sofy trzyosobowej nie rozkladanej ,które wchodza w sklad zestawów meblowych : pokojowych, wypoczynkowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów zestawu, przejawiajace sie w ich ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym - rysunku i fotografiach zalaczonych do wniosku, przedstawiajacych zestaw wypoczynkowy z materialu tekstylnego w widoku z przodu - widok zestawu w calosci ,oraz poszczególne elementy zestawu czyli fotel jednoosobowy, sofe dwuosobowa i sofe trzyosobowa w widoku z przodu, z boku i z tylu. Siedzisko fotela fig.6 A ma ksztalt poziomo ulozonego prostopadloscianu z lukowo zaoblonymi narozami przylegajacymi do oparcia. W przedniej czesci siedzisko opiera sie na poziomo ulozonym prostokacie - cokole fotela fig.6 B, natomiast boczne krawedzie lacza sie z boczkami fotela fig.6 C, a jego tylnia krawedz z oparciem fig.6 D. Siedzisko fotela ma dwa ozdobne wzdluznie wykonane przeszycia poprowadzone równolegle do lini przylegania boczków fig.6F.Cokól fotela fig.6 B ma ksztalt poziomo ulozonego prostokata laczacego sie górna krawedzia z siedziskiem fig.6A i bocznymi krawedziami z boczkami fotela fig.6C. Boczki fotela fig.6 C sa scisle polaczone z jego oparciem przez co stanowia zintegrowana calosc. W widoku z przodu fig.6 C boczki dolna czescia przylegaja do cokolu fotela , a górna ich czesc plynnie przechodzi w plaszczyzne oparcia. Plaszczyzna boczków w miejscu okreslanym mianem podlokietnika jest lukowo wywineta na zewnatrz fotela fig.6. Oparcie fig.6 D jest szeroka plaszczyzna polaczona z boczkami fotela i jest lekko odchylone do tylu w stosunku do pionu o okolo 5% fig.8 c. Plaszczyzna oparcia fotela jest ozdobnie pionowo poprzeszywana i przepikowana w trzech miejscach fig.6G. Sciana tylna fotela fig.7E zamyka konstrukcje fotela i ma ksztalt zblizony do kwadratu. Na podstawie jednostki modulowej, czyli fotela jednoosobowego powstaly sofa 2-osobowa i sofa 3-osobowa, których ksztalt, sposób wykonania i wielkosci gabarytowe dotyczace wysokosci, glebokosci sa identyczne jak w fotelu. Jedynie szerokosc siedzisk i oparc sof jest proporcjonalne wieksza od szerokosci siedziska i oparcia fotela tzn. szerokosc siedziska i oparcia sofy 2- osobowej jest zblizona do podwójnej szerokosci siedziska i oparcia fotela, szerokosc siedziska i oparcia sofy 3-osobowej jest zblizona wartoscia do potrójnej szerokosci siedziska i oparcia fotela. Równiez przeszycia i pikowanie wykonane na siedzisku i oparciu sof dwu i trzy osobowej sa wykonane w ilosci proporcjonalnie wiekszej niz na fotelu jednoosobowym. Czyli sofa dwuosobowa ma na siedzisku trzy równolegle do lini przylegania boczków przeszycia fig.4H, a sofa trzyosobowa ma ich cztery. Natomiast jezeli chodzi o przeszycia na powierzchni oparcia sof : sofa dwuosobowa ma piec pionowych przeszyc fig.4I, a sofa trzyosobowa ma ich siedem fig.2K. Elementem nosnym fotela, sofy dwuosobowej i trzyosobowej sa chromowane metalowe stopki o przekroju graniastoslupa o podstawie kola. Sa one zamocowane od dolu w naroznikach fig.2d, fig.4d, fig.6d. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego pt. zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych sa wszystkie opisane i przedstawione na materiale ilustracyjnym elementy zestawu, ich ksztalt, sposoby polaczenia ze soba poszczególnych elementów takich jak : 1.Siedzisko fotela fig.6 A, które ma ksztalt poziomo ulozonego prostopadloscianu z lukowo zaoblonymi narozami przylegajacymi do oparcia. W przedniej czesci siedzisko opiera sie na poziomo ulozonym prostokacie - cokole fotela fig.6 B, natomiast boczne krawedzie lacza sie z boczkami fotela fig.6 C, a jego tylnia krawedz z oparciem fig.6 D. Siedzisko fotela ma dwaozdobne wzdluznie wykonane przeszycia poprowadzone równolegle do lini przylegania boczków fig.6F. 2.Cokól fotela fig.6 B, który ma ksztalt poziomo ulozonego prostokata laczacego sie górna krawedzia z siedziskiem fig.6A i bocznymi krawedziami z boczkami fotela fig.6C. 3.Boczki fotela fig.6 C, które sa scisle polaczone z jego oparciem przez co stanowia zintegrowana calosc. W widoku z przodu fig.6 C boczki dolna czescia przylegaja do cokolu fotela , a górna ich czesc plynnie przechodzi w plaszczyzne oparcia. Plaszczyzna boczków w miejscu okreslanym mianem podlokietnika jest lukowo wywineta na zewnatrz fotela fig.6. 4.Oparcie fig.6 D, które jest szeroka plaszczyzna polaczona z boczkami fotela i jest lekko odchylone do tylu w stosunku do pionu o okolo 5% fig.8 c. Plaszczyzna oparcia fotela jest ozdobnie pionowo poprzeszywana i przepikowana w trzech miejscach fig.6G. 5.Sciana tylna fotela fig.7E, która zamyka konstrukcje fotela i ma ksztalt zblizony do kwadratu. 6. Chromowane metalowe stopki o przekroju graniastoslupa o podstawie kola, które sa elementem nosnym fotela, sofy dwuosobowej i trzyosobowej. Sa one zamocowane od dolu w naroznikach fig.2d, fig.4d, fig.6d. 7. Sofa 2-osobowa i sofa 3-osobowa, których ksztalt, sposób wykonania i wielkosci gabarytowe dotyczace wysokosci, glebokosci sa identyczne jak w fotelu. Jedynie szerokosc siedzisk i oparc sof jest proporcjonalne wieksza od szerokosci siedziska i oparcia fotela tzn. szerokosc siedziska i oparcia sofy 2- osobowej jest zblizona do podwójnej szerokosci siedziska i oparcia fotela, szerokosc siedziska i oparcia sofy 3-osobowej jest zblizona wartoscia do potrójnej szerokosci siedziska i oparcia fotela. Równiez przeszycia i pikowanie wykonane na siedzisku i oparciu sof dwu i trzy osobowej sa wykonane w ilosci proporcjonalnie wiekszej niz na fotelu jednoosobowym. Czyli sofa dwuosobowa ma na siedzisku trzy równolegle do lini przylegania boczków przeszycia fig.4H, a sofa trzyosobowa ma ich cztery. These are part of living room and lounge furniture sets. The essence of the industrial design is the new spatial arrangement of the individual elements of the set, manifested in their shape, line layout, and color scheme, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material – a drawing and photographs attached to the application, depicting the textile lounge set from the front – a view of the entire set, as well as individual elements of the set, i.e., the single-seater, two-seater, and three-seater sofas – from the front, side, and back. Figure fig. 1 shows a front view of the entire set 3,2,1; fig. 2 shows a front view of sofa "3"; fig. 3 shows a rear view of sofa "3"; fig. 4 shows a front view of sofa "2"; fig. 5 shows a rear view of sofa "2"; fig. 6 shows a front view of armchair "1"; fig. 7 shows a rear view of armchair "1"; fig. 8 shows a side view of armchair "1", sofa "2" and sofa "3". The set of lounge furniture 3,2,1 called "GRACJA" according to the industrial design contains as a modular unit a single-seater, non-folding armchair, the essential components of which are: seat fig. 6 A, plinth fig. 6 B, sides fig. 6 C, backrest fig. 6 D and rear wall fig. 7 E. The seat of the armchair fig. 6 A has the shape of a horizontally arranged cuboid with arched corners adjacent to the backrest. In the front, the seat rests on a horizontal rectangle – the armchair plinth fig. 6 B, while the side edges connect to the armchair sides fig. 6 C, and its rear edge connects to the backrest fig. 6 D. The armchair seat has two decorative longitudinal stitching running parallel to the line where the armchair sides meet fig. 6 F. The armchair plinth fig. 6 B has the shape of a horizontal rectangle, its upper edge connecting to the seat fig. 6 A and its side edges connecting to the armchair sides fig. 6 C. The armchair sides fig. 6 C are closely connected to its backrest, forming an integrated whole. In the front view fig. 6 C, the lower part of the side panels adheres to the armchair plinth, and their upper part smoothly merges with the plane of the backrest. The surface of the side panels, in the area known as the armrest, is curved outward from the armchair (fig. 6). The backrest (fig. 6 D) is a wide surface connected to the armchair's sides and is slightly tilted back from the vertical by approximately 5% (fig. 8 c). The surface of the backrest is decoratively vertically stitched and quilted in three places (fig. 6G). The rear wall of the armchair (fig. 7E) closes the armchair's structure and has a shape close to a square. Based on the modular unit, i.e., the single-seater armchair, a 2-seater sofa and a 3-seater sofa were created, whose shape, construction method, and overall dimensions regarding height and depth are identical to those of the armchair. Only the width of the sofa seats and backrests is proportionally greater than the width of the armchair seat and backrest. This means that the width of the seat and backrest of a two-seater sofa is close to twice the width of the armchair seat and backrest, while the width of the seat and backrest of a three-seater sofa is close to three times the width of the armchair seat and backrest. The stitching and quilting on the seat and backrest of two- and three-seater sofas are also proportionally greater than on a single-seater armchair. This means that a two-seater sofa has three stitching lines parallel to the line of the side panels (Fig. 4H), while a three-seater sofa has four. Regarding the stitching on the backrest, the two-seater sofa has five vertical stitching lines (Fig. 4I), and the three-seater sofa has seven lines (Fig. 2K). The armchair, two-seater sofa, and three-seater sofa are supported by chrome-plated metal feet with a prism cross-section and a circular base. They are attached from below to the corners (Fig. 2d, Fig. 4d, Fig. 6d). Essential features of the industrial design: The essential features of the industrial design entitled "Set of Lounge Furniture" are all the elements of the set described and shown in the illustrations, their shapes, and the methods of connecting individual elements, such as: 1. The seat of the armchair (Fig. 6A), which has the shape of a horizontally arranged cuboid with arc-shaped corners adjacent to the backrest. In the front part, the seat rests on a horizontally arranged rectangle - the armchair plinth fig. 6 B, while the side edges connect to the sides of the armchair fig. 6 C, and its rear edge connects to the backrest fig. 6 D. The armchair seat has two decorative longitudinal stitching running parallel to the line of contact between the sides fig. 6F. 2. The armchair plinth fig. 6 B, which has the shape of a horizontally arranged rectangle connecting its upper edge to the seat fig. 6A and its side edges to the armchair sides fig. 6C. 3. The armchair sides fig. 6 C, which are closely connected to its backrest, thus forming an integrated whole. In the front view fig. 6 C, the lower part of the sides adjoins the armchair plinth, and their upper part smoothly merges with the plane of the backrest. The surface of the sides in the area known as the armrest is curved outward from the armchair fig. 6. 4. Chromed metal feet with a prism cross-section and a circular base, which are the supporting element of the armchair, two-seater sofa, and three-seater sofa. They are mounted from below in the corners fig. 2d, fig. 4d, fig. 6d. 7. A two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa, whose shape, construction, and overall dimensions (height and depth) are identical to those of the armchair. Only the width of the sofa seats and backrests is proportionally greater than the width of the armchair seat and backrest. This means that the width of the two-seater sofa seat and backrest is approximately twice the width of the armchair seat and backrest, while the width of the three-seater sofa seat and backrest is approximately three times the width of the armchair seat and backrest. The stitching and quilting on the seat and backrest of the two- and three-seater sofas are also proportionally greater than on the one-seater armchair. This means that the two-seater sofa has three stitching lines on the seat parallel to the line of the side panels (Fig. 4H), while the three-seater sofa has four. As for the stitching on the backrest surface of the sofas: the two-seater sofa has five vertical stitching fig.4I, and the three-seater sofa has seven of them fig.2K.
