Zestaw wypoczynkowy mebli tapicerowanych Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 01.12.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw wypoczynkowy mebli tapicerowanych skladajacy sie z rozkladanej kanapy i foteli. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz wykonczenia tapicerskiego. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw wypoczynkowy, w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - widok kanapy w rozlozeniu, fig. 3 - widok kanapy w profilu perspektywicznym od tylu. Zestaw wypoczynkowy mebli tapicerowanych skladajacy sie z rozkladanej kanapy i foteli, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze skrzynia z przodu, siedzisko oraz boki kazdego mebla z zewnatrz i wewnatrz tapicerowane sa tkanina, a krawedz górna i przednia kazdego boku obramowana jest jednolita listwa o przekroju polowy owalu. Oparcie kanapy jest podzielone pionowymi przeszyciami w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokatów i u góry wyprofilowanych owalnie oraz zaokraglonych do tylu. Oparcie fotela ma ksztalt zblizony doprostokata i u góry wyprofilowane owalnie oraz zaokraglone do tylu. Kazde oparcie, na wysokosci boków ma przeszycia o ksztalcie górnych krawedzi. The backrest of the couch is divided by vertical stitching in a shape similar to rectangles and oval-shaped at the top and rounded to the back. The shape of the armchair's backrest is similar to a rectangle, with an oval at the top and a rounded back. Each backrest has top edge stitching on the sides.
