Zestaw wypoczynkowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 9.06.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw wypoczynkowy mebli tapicerowanych, skladajacy sie z fotela, sofy podwójnej i sofotapczanu (sofy z funkcja do spania). Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac zestawu wypoczynkowego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii tapicerowanych elementów mebli. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia fotel w widoku czolowym, fig. 2 - fotel w ogólnym widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - fotel w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - fotel w widoku z tylu, fig 5 - sofe w widoku czolowym, fig. 6 - sofe w ogólnym widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 7 - sofe w widoku z boku, fig. 8 - sofe w widoku z tylu, fig. 9 - sofotapczan w widoku czolowym,fig. 10 - sofotapczan w ogólnym widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 11 - sofotapczan w widoku z boku, fig. 12 - sofotapczan w widoku z tylu, a fig. 13 - sofotapczan przygotowany do rozlozenia, ze zdjeta poducha siedziska. Kazdy z mebli zestawu ma szkielet konstrukcyjny, zawierajacy takie podstawowe elementy jak skrzynia, boczki i plecy, przy czym widoczne powierzchnie elementów szkieletu sa tapicerowane lub pokryte materialem obiciowym. Jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach, na fig 1 do fig. 13, plecy mebli zestawu przechodza lukowata powierzchnia w boczki, których górna krawedz obniza sie po luku ku przodowi, zas usytuowana z przodu mebla skrzynia zweza sie do dolu. Skrzynia jest wysunieta przed czolowe powierzchnie boczków i przylega do nich swymi zaokraglonymi narozami. Boczki maja podlokietniki w postaci splaszczonych poduch, nachylonych ku siedzisku i zwezajacych sie jak stylizowany rogalik w kierunku pleców. Do pleców poszczególnych mebli przylega pojedyncza poducha, która stanowi oparcie i której górna krawedz wystaje ponad krawedz pleców. Poducha oparcia posiada pólokragle ucha, zachodzace bokami na poduchy podlokietmków. Poducha oparcia ma dekoracyjny element w postaci tapicerskiego wciagniecia, biegnacego poziomo ponizej polowy wysokosci oparcia. Siedzisko kazdego mebla zestawu jest utworzone z plaskiej poduchy, której czolowa krawedz odpowiada profilowi czola skrzyni i ma dekoracyjny element w postaci pólwalków, wysunietych przed czolo skrzyni, przy czym poducha sofy i sofotapczanu ma srodkiem poprzeczne tapicerskie przeszycie.Siedzisko sofotapczanu mozna sciagnac w celu otwarcia umieszczonej w skrzyni konstrukcji sluzacej jak o miejsce do spania. Kazdy z mebli zestawu moze miec u dolu nózki lub niewidoczne z zewnatrz niskie slizgacze. PL PL PLLounge Set The right in registration of an ornamental design is valid from: 9.06.2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a lounge set of upholstered furniture, consisting of an armchair, a double sofa, and a sofa bed (sofa with sleeping function). The essence of the design is a new form of the lounge set, manifested in the shape and line arrangement of the upholstered furniture elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which fig. 1 shows the armchair in a front view, fig. 2 - the armchair in a general perspective view, fig. 3 - the armchair in a side view, fig. 4 - the armchair in a back view, fig. 5 - the sofa in a front view, fig. 6 - the sofa in a general perspective view, fig. 7 - the sofa in a side view, fig. 8 - the sofa in a back view, fig. 9 - the sofa in a front view, fig. 10 - general perspective view of the sofa bed, Fig. 11 - side view of the sofa bed, Fig. 12 - rear view of the sofa bed, and Fig. 13 - sofa bed ready for unfolding, with the seat cushion removed. Each piece of furniture in the set has a structural framework comprising basic elements such as the box, side panels, and back, with the visible surfaces of the frame elements being upholstered or covered with upholstery material. As shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 to Fig. 13, the backs of the set's furniture have an arched surface that merges into the side panels, the upper edge of which arcs downward toward the front, while the front panel tapers downward. The panel extends in front of the front panels and abuts them with its rounded corners. The side panels feature armrests in the form of flattened cushions, angled toward the seat and tapering like a stylized croissant toward the back. A single cushion, which serves as a backrest and whose upper edge protrudes above the edge of the back, adjoins the backrest. The backrest cushion has semicircular ears that overlap the armrest cushions at the sides. The backrest cushion has a decorative element in the form of an upholstered recess running horizontally below half the height of the backrest. The seat of each piece in the set is composed of a flat cushion, the leading edge of which corresponds to the profile of the front of the box and has a decorative element in the form of half-cylinders protruding from the front of the box. The cushion of the sofa and sofa bed has a crosswise upholstered stitching in the center. The seat of the sofa bed can be removed to open the structure inside the box, serving as a sleeping area. Each piece of furniture in the set can have legs or low glides at the bottom, invisible from the outside. PL PL PL
