Zestaw wypoczynkowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia:VQmaj 2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw wypoczynkowy przeznaczony do uzytku domowego. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia subtelne wkomponowanie elementów z litego drewna w nowoczesna bryle mebla nadajac mu swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia kanape w widoku ogólnym, zas fig.2 przedstawia fotel w widoku ogólnym. Zestaw wypoczynkowy sklada sie z kanapy i dwóch foteli posiadajacych tapicerowane poduchy siedziska i oparcia.Kanapa i fotele posiadaja drewniana konstrukcje nosna oraz tapicerowane siedzisko i oparcie. Oparcie i podlokietniki mebli tworza jednolita calosc o zarysie zblizonym do wycinka kielicha o wyokraglonym górnym obrzezu lekko wywinietym na zewnatrz, przy czym poduchy siedziska maja prostopadloscienny zarys. Przednie nózki mebli posiadaja wewnetrzne wyciecia okalajace naroza podstawy mebli a w dolnej czesci odchylone sa znacznie na zewnatrz, zas w górnej czesci stykaja sie czolowo ze stylizowana listwa podlokietnikowa o wyokraglonym profilu zwezajacym sie jednostajnie w kierunku oparcia. Tapicerowane czesci mebli posiadaja podluzne stebnowania ozdobne. Zestaw wypoczynkowy wedlug wzoru zdobniczego wprowadzony bedzie do obrotu handlowego pod nazwa: OSKAR. The aesthetic effect is ensured by a subtle integration of solid wood elements into a modern body of the furniture, giving it a specific and original look. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the sofa, and Fig. 2 shows the armchair in general view. The leisure set consists of a sofa and two armchairs with upholstered seat and backrest cushions. The sofa and armchairs have a wooden supporting structure and an upholstered seat and backrest. The backrest and armrests of the furniture form a uniform whole with an outline similar to a section of a chalice, with a rounded upper rim slightly curled outwards, while the seat cushions have a rectangular shape. The front legs of the furniture have internal cuts surrounding the corner of the base of the furniture, and in the lower part they are tilted significantly outwards, while in the upper part they are in front of a stylized armrest strip with a rounded profile tapering uniformly towards the backrest. Upholstered parts of the furniture have decorative longitudinal stitching. According to the decorative pattern, a leisure set will be marketed under the name: OSKAR. PL

Claims

Protective objections 1. A leisure set consisting of a sofa and armchairs with a wooden structure and an upholstered seat and backrest, characterized by the fact that the backrest and armrests form a uniform whole, with an outline similar to a section of the chalice, with a rounded upper rim slightly turned outwards, while the cushions are the seats have a rectangular contour, while the front legs of the furniture have cuts surrounding the corner of the base of the furniture and are tilted significantly in the lower part to the outside, and in the upper part they contact a stylized armrest strip with a rounded profile tapering uniformly towards the backrest, as shown in the attached photos, fig. 1 and fig. 2.
