PL PL PLThe design registration right for this lounge suite is valid from May 8, 2000. The design is for an upholstered lounge suite. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The aesthetic effect is achieved by the subtle incorporation of solid wood elements into the modern shape of the furniture, giving it a distinctive and original appearance. The design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the sofa, Fig. 2 shows a general view of the armchair, and Fig. 3 shows a general view of the armchair with a contrasting color of upholstery. The lounge suite consists of a sofa and two armchairs. The furniture features upholstered seat and backrest cushions, and the side walls are covered with upholstery material. The side walls have a generally flat surface with a rectangular outline, and in their upper sections they have deep cutouts in the shape of a concave arc. The side walls have armrests in the form of slatted elements, profiled with a slightly convex upward arc. The armrests protrude slightly at the front beyond the outline of the front legs, which are surrounded in the middle by upholstery material. The backrest cushion has an upward convex arc in its upper section. The sofa is upholstered in two contrasting colors, connected by a sharply diagonal line on both the backrest and seat cushions, with the side walls featuring a contrasting upholstery color. The armchairs feature upholstery in a contrasting color. The front legs have an oval shape, and all legs and armrests are made of solid wood in a contrasting color to the upholstery. Solid wood elements and upholstered furniture parts are available in any color and combination. The lounge suite, including furniture in the decorative pattern, will be marketed under the trade name "MIX."
