PL PL PLThe design registration right for this lounge suite has been in effect since May 8, 2000. The design is an upholstered lounge suite. The essence of the design is the new form of the item, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The aesthetic effect is achieved by the subtle incorporation of solid wood elements into the modern furniture body, giving it a distinctive and original look. The design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the sofa, a corner sofa, and a pouffe, while Fig. 2 shows a general view of the armchair. The lounge suite consists of a sofa, a corner sofa, an armchair, and a pouffe. The furniture features upholstered seat and backrest cushions, and the side panels are upholstered. The side walls have a generally flat surface with a trapezoidal outline and feature a decorative element in the form of a slat, which is slightly convex outward at the front and widens slightly upwards, where it breaks at an acute angle to form a distinct edge and transitions into a slightly concave element constituting the armrest, tapering towards the rear wall. The upholstery surrounding the slats is finished with decorative stitching. The seat and backrest cushions are rounded at the top. The pouffe has a box-shaped base and seat, and when viewed from above, it has a shape similar to the letter "D." The armrests and decorative slats are made of solid wood in a contrasting color to the upholstery. The solid wood elements and upholstered furniture parts are manufactured in a variety of colors and combinations. The lounge set is a system of shapes that can be freely combined into suitable sets. The corner sofa can be set at a 90-degree angle or at a 45-degree angle. The lounge set containing furniture in the decorative pattern will be available on the market under the trade name "MAX".
