Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w widoku perspektywicznym, na którym fig.1 przedstawia kanape, fig.2 fotel, zas fig.3 kanape narozna. Zestaw wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie charakterystycznym ksztaltem poszczególnych elementów oraz zastosowanym zdobnictwem i kolorystyka. Kanapa narozna wg wzoru, ma zarys litery „L" i zlozona jest dwóch elementów polaczonych lacznikiem, której cechy istotne to ksztalt oparc bocznych kanapy, które sa profilowane i maja zarys zblizony do stylizowanych, odwróconych liter „U", których wewnetrzne ramiona sa krótsze i sa wyprofilowane pod katem prostym i przedluzone tworzac podstawe kanapy, polaczona z naroznym lacznikiem, przy czym krawedzie oparc i podstawy zdobione sa na krawedziach kolorowym przeszyciem tapicerskim, zas na plaszczyznach boków, oparcia i siedziska przeszycia tworza zarys zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach, przedzielonych na oparciu oraz siedzisku pionowymi liniami, zas nózki usytuowane na calej dlugosci boków maja postac plaskich elementów zblizonych do wydluzonych prostopadloscianów jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.3.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PLThe industrial design is for a lounge suite consisting of a sofa, a corner sofa, and an armchair, intended for relaxation. The design is shown in the attached illustration in a perspective view, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa, Fig. 2 the armchair, and Fig. 3 the corner sofa. The set, as designed, is distinguished by the characteristic shape of the individual elements and the applied ornamentation and color scheme. A sofa according to the pattern consisting of a seat, back and side backrests and legs, the essential features of the pattern are the shape of the side backrests and the base of the sofa, which constitute one whole, wherein the side backrests are profiled and have an outline similar to stylized, inverted "U" letters, the inner arms of which are shorter and are connected to each other by a horizontal section which at the same time constitutes the base of the sofa in such a way that the inner arms and the base have an outline similar to an elongated "U", wherein the side backrests, the back backrest and the base are decorated on the edges with colored upholstery stitching, while on the surfaces of the seat and backrests the stitching is located along the edges and creates an outline similar to a rectangle with rounded corners, while the legs located along the entire length of the sides have the form of flat elements similar to elongated cuboids, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1. An armchair according to the pattern consisting of a seat, back and side backrests and a leg, the essential features of which are that the base of the armchair and the side backrests constitute one whole and have an outline similar to a stylized, elongated letter "U", while the edges of the backrests and the base are decorated with colored upholstery stitching, while on the surfaces of the side backrests the stitching forms an outline similar to a rectangle with rounded corners, while on the surfaces of the seat and back backrest the stitching has the outline of a stylized letter "L" and is a mirror image of itself, while the leg of the armchair has the form of a stylized cone with a circular base, the sides of which have an arc-shaped outline, made of polished metal, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 2. The corner sofa, according to the pattern, has the shape of the letter "L" and is composed of two elements connected by a connector, the important features of which are the shape of the side backrests of the sofa, which are profiled and have an outline similar to stylized, inverted "U" letters, the inner arms of which are shorter and are profiled at a right angle and extended, creating the base of the sofa, connected to the corner connector, wherein the edges of the backrests and the base are decorated with colored upholstery stitching, while on the surfaces of the sides, backrest and seat, the stitching creates an outline similar to a rectangle with rounded corners, divided on the backrest and seat by vertical lines, while the legs located along the entire length of the sides have the form of flat elements similar to elongated cuboids as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 3.
