Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. The subject of the industrial design is lounge furniture intended for a room, living room, or office. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing and photograph, which show: Fig. 1 - a three-seater sofa in a front view; Fig. 2 - an enlarged two-seater sofa in a front view; Fig. 3 - a two-seater sofa in a front view; Fig. 4 - an armchair in a front view; Fig. 5 - a side view of the furniture; and the attached photographs, where Fig. 6 shows a three-seater sofa in a perspective view; Fig. 7 - a two-seater sofa in a perspective view; Fig. 8 - an armchair and stool in a perspective view. The furniture according to the industrial design, which includes a three-seater sofa, an enlarged two-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, an armchair and a stool, is characterized by being fully upholstered, placed on legs with rounded edges, like all the other components of the furniture, but on the back legs there are wide legs with a cross-section close to a rectangle, the lateral planes of which resemble a trapezoid and are emphasized with seams, the sides of the furniture which also constitute the armrests, while on the front legs, extended forward in front of the sides - armrests, rests a long element of the seat base, reaching to the outer edges of the sides - armrests, similar to a quadrangular beam with rounded edges, divided into parts with vertical stitching, on which in turn lie two rectangular, profiled three-dimensional seat cushions with rounded edges and corners and seams emphasizing the shape, with two three-dimensional rectangular back cushions resting on them and leaning against the backrest board, also having rounded edges and corners and seams emphasizing the shape, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 5 and photographs Fig. 6 to Fig. 8. The three-seater sofa, the enlarged two-seater sofa and the two-seater sofa have a seat base element stitched vertically three times, the seat cushions are profiled in such a way that when lying next to each other they resemble a longitudinally divided capital letter "T", but the roof of this letter rests on the backrest base element and its outer surfaces reach to the outer planes of the sides - armrests, forming one whole with them and the outer planes of the seat base element, while the total width of the backrest cushions is equal to the width of those parts of the seat cushions that make up the vertical element of the letter "F" as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 and photographs Fig. 6 to Fig. 7. The armchair has a seat base element sewn vertically once, the seat cushion is profiled in the shape of a capital letter "T", the roof of which rests on the backrest base element, and its outer planes reach the outer planes of the sides - armrests, forming one whole with them and the outer planes of the seat base element, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 4 and photographs Fig. 8. The stool has a rectangular base with rounded edges, on which rests a rectangular cushion with rounded edges and corners and with vertical and horizontal stitching on the sides, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 8.
