Efekt estetyczny zapewnia nowa postac elementów zestawu, poprzez oryginalne uksztaltowanie podstaw, zewnetrznych powierzchni i linii przenikania oraz wpasowa- nie w bryle czesci z drewna lub metalu oraz wykorzystanie pasa ozdobnego. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmio- towego wzoru uwidoczniono w sposób pelny na rysunkach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. Zestaw wypoczynkowy uwidoczniono na rysunkach, które ukazuja: fig. 1 - sofe dwuosobowa, fig. 2 - sofe 3-osobowa, fig. 3 - pufe, fig. 4 - fotel, fig. 5 ukazuje fotel lub sofe z boku, a fig. 6 od tylu. Jak pokazano na fig. 3 i 4, pufa i fotel, podobnie sofy, maja siedziska obnizajace sie w czesci tylnej, przez co zblizone sa ksztaltem do klina. Dolna czesc siedziska posiada pas ozdobny i z boków i przodu. Podobnie jak siedzisko uksztaltowane sa podlokiet- niki 2, które obnizaja sie w tylnej czesci i zwezaja. Oparcie foteli sklada sie z dwóch czesci, twardej tylnej 3 i miekkiej przedniej 4, które sa ze soba polaczone lub czesc przednia 4 jest luzno ulozona na czesci tylnej 3. Nózki 5 tak jak podpórki 6 podlo- kietników sa drewniane lub metalowe. The industrial design registration right is valid from March 16, 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a new and original lounge set. The aesthetic effect is provided by the new form of the set's elements, through the original shaping of the bases, external surfaces, and interpenetration lines, as well as the incorporation of wood or metal parts into the body, and the use of a decorative strip. The manifestations of industrial design creativity that define the essence of the design in question are fully demonstrated in the drawings, which constitute an integral part of the application and, together with the design description, illustrate the features essential to the scope of the sought legal protection. The lounge set is shown in the drawings, which show: Fig. 1 - a two-seater sofa, Fig. 2 - a three-seater sofa, Fig. 3 - a pouffe, Fig. 4 - an armchair, Fig. 5 shows the armchair or sofa from the side, and Fig. 6 from the back. As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the pouffe and armchair, like the sofas, have seats that lower in the rear, giving them a wedge-like shape. The lower part of the seat has a decorative strip on the sides and front. Armrests 2 are shaped similarly to the seat, lowering in the rear and narrowing. The backrest of the armchairs consists of two parts: a hard rear part 3 and a soft front part 4, which are either connected together or the front part 4 rests loosely on the rear part 3. Legs 5, like the armrest supports 6, are made of wood or metal. The 2-seater and/or 3-seater sofas feature a pull-out seat 7 with a Belgian sleeper or a bedding compartment under the seat 2. The upholstery is made of well-known upholstery materials such as genuine leather, nonwoven fabrics, velvet, or imitation leather. The set elements, featuring patterns and their variations, designated by protected essential features, give the set elements a unique and original appearance. Thanks to the optimally designed geometric shape of the pouffe, it complements the armchair for the user to rest their legs. Color combinations using the decorative strip 1 on the sides and front of the lower part of the seat are shown in the photographs. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A lounge set, characterized in that the elements have seats that lower in the rear part, thereby resembling a wedge in shape as shown in fig. 3. 2. A set according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower part of the seat has a decorative strip 1 on the sides and front. 3. A set according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the armrests 2 lower in the rear part and narrow. 4. A set according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the backrest of the seats consists of two parts: a hard rear part 3 and a soft front part 4, which are connected to each other or the front part 4 is loosely placed on the rear part 3. 5. A set according to claim 1, characterized in that the legs 5 as well as the armrests 6 are made of wood or metal. 6. A set according to claim 1, characterized in that the 2-seater and/or 3-seater sofas preferably have a sliding seat 2 with a so-called Belgian sleeping machine or a bedding container under the seat 7.
