Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych SAMBA skladajacy sie z kanapy naroznikowej, sofy 3 - osobowej, sofy2 - osobowej i co najmniej jednego fotela i pufy z przeznaczeniem, zwlaszcza do salonów, pokoi dziennych. Zestaw wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych SAMBA wedlug wzoru przemyslowego odróznia sie od znanych zestawów wypoczynkowych nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postacia i oryginalnoscia, przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, ksztaltu i konturów jego modulowych elementów skladowych oraz wlasciwosciach powierzchni. The SAMBA upholstered lounge furniture set, as per the industrial design, is distinguished from known lounge furniture sets by its new and unique form and originality, manifested in the lines, shape, and contours of its modular components, as well as the surface properties. This industrial-style upholstered lounge furniture set consists of a corner sofa, a 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa, and at least one armchair and pouf, each featuring a modular base, seats, side and rear support. The corner sofa's armrests are formed by extendable elements with a raised, cushion-shaped lying section and drawer-shaped extensions. The 2-seater sofa's base is formed by extendable elements with a raised, cushion-shaped lying section. The bases of the sofa, 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, armchair, and pouf each feature rectangular seat cushions that protrude slightly beyond the base. The essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that in the set of lounge furniture upholstered, consisting of a corner sofa, a 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa, and at least one armchair and a pouffe, comprising a modular plinth, seats, side and rear backrests, wherein the plinth of the arms of the corner sofa is formed by sliding elements with a lifted lying part in the shape of a cushion and sliding parts in the form of a drawer, the plinth of the 2-seater sofa is formed by sliding elements with a lifted lying part in the shape of a cushion, and on the plinth of both the sofa, the 3-seater sofa, the 2-seater sofa, the armchair and the pouffe there are rectangular seat cushions protruding slightly beyond the outline of the plinth. The arm of the corner sofa, the 3-seater sofa, the 2-seater sofa and the armchair, on both sides, are finished with a rectangular side backrest, and in addition, the sides of the furniture, which at the same time constitute rectangular armrests in the upper part, cover the wedge-shaped backrest plate and the rectangular seat plinth on which the rectangular seat cushions and rectangular backrest cushions rest, while the shape of each furniture element is marked with lines of stitching with a decorative string, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 to Fig. 17 and photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 4, Fig. 6, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 12, Fig. 13, Fig. 14, Fig. 16 and Fig. 17. The pouf included in the set of lounge furniture has length similar to the length of the side of the armchair and a rectangular seat cushion, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 16 and fig. 17 and photographs fig. 16 and fig. 17. The seat plinth, backrest board, sides, backrest and seat cushions of the furniture and additional cushions are covered with upholstery of the same colour and texture, and the shape of each furniture element is marked with lines of stitching with decorative cord of the same colour and weave, as shown in the attached photographs fig. 1, fig. 4, fig. 6, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 12, fig. 13, fig. 14, fig. 16 and fig. 17.
