Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli gabinetowych skladajacy sie z fotela, sof dwuosobowych i sof trzyosobowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych mebli charakteryzujace sie zarówno walorami zdobniczymi, jak i zaletami uzytkowymi oraz ergonomicznymi. Przedmiet wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny boczno-czolowy fotela, fig. 2 - widok aksonometryczny z czola sof dwuosobowych i sof trzyosobowych z podzialem poduchy siedziska i poduch tylnego oparcia na dwie czesci, fig. 3 - widok perspektywiczny boczno-czolowy sof dwuosobowych i sof trzyosobowych z podzialem poduchy siedziska na dwie czesci i osadzeniu na tylnym oparciu stelaza luznych poduch tylnego oparcia. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial arrangement of the individual pieces, characterized by both decorative qualities and functional and ergonomic advantages. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a side-frontal perspective view of the armchair; Fig. 2 shows an axonometric view from the front of the two-seater and three-seater sofas with the seat cushion and backrest cushions divided into two parts; Fig. 3 shows a side-frontal perspective view of the two-seater and three-seater sofas with the seat cushion divided into two parts and loose backrest cushions mounted on the rear backrest frame. The industrial design office furniture set features an outer surface covered in a color and texture characteristic of upholstery leather and upholstery fabric. In the furniture set, the industrial design rests on the ground with its feet on the floor. The armchair forms a modular unit of two-seater and three-seater sofas. The armchair features essential industrial design features, such as rectangular armrests connected by a frame consisting of a backrest panel forming the backrest, and a plinth at the bottom. A seat cushion is placed on the upper surface of the plinth, the inner edge of which meets the angled backrest cushion. The edges defining the outlines of the individual armchair segments are stitched, as shown in Figure 1 of the illustration. A variation of the industrial design is the two-seater sofa, which is a component of a set of office furniture. Its essential industrial design features include a seat and backrest width approximately twice the width of the armchair, and a base divided into four segments. There are connecting gaps in the same plane between the two segments of the backrest cushions and the seat cushions, and the side backrest cushions also rest loosely on the armrests, as shown in Figure 2 of the illustrative material. In an alternative variant of the industrial design of a two-seater sofa, the essential features of the industrial design are characterized by the fact that on the upper surface of the plinth there are two segments of seat cushions mounted, between which a connecting gap is created, while on the rear backrest of the frame there are separate rear backrest cushions placed loosely at an angle, with additional side backrest cushions placed loosely on the armrests, as shown in Fig. 3 of the illustrative material. The set of lounge furniture also includes a three-seater sofa, which is a variation of an industrial design with essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it comprises a plinth and a backrest with a width close to three times the width of the armchair, wherein two segments of seat cushions are mounted on the plinth, between which a connecting gap is created, while on the back backrest of the frame there are loosely placed separate back backrest cushions at an angle and on the armrests of the accessories there are side backrest cushions, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 3. In an alternative version of the three-seater sofa industrial design, the essential features of the industrial design are that there are connecting gaps in one plane between the two segments of the backrest cushions and the seat cushions, and the side backrest cushions are additionally resting loosely on the armrests, as shown in Figure 2 of the illustrative material.
