Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych skladajacy sie z fotela, sof dwuosobowych i sof trzyosobowych. Istot a wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowani e poszczególnych skladowych mebli kompletu wyrózniajace sie zarówno walorami zdobniczymi, jak i zaletami uzytkowymi w tym i ergonomicznymi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku,na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok aksonometryczny fotela, fig. 2 - widok perspektywiczny boczno-czolowy sof dwuosobowych i sof trzyosobowych z podzialem poduchy siedziska i poduchy tylneg o oparcia na dwie czesci, fig. 3 - widok boczno-czolowy sof dwuosobowych i sof triyosobowych z podzialem poduchy siedziska na dwie czesci i osadzeniu na tylnym oparciu stelaza luznych poduch tylnego oparcia. Na górnej powierzchni cokolu umieszczona jest poducha siedziska , w plaszczyznie której na tylnym oparciu osadzona jest pod katem poducha tylnego oparcia. Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa dwuosobowa bedaca jednym ze skladowych mebli w komplecie wypoczynkowym, której cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuj a sie tym, ze ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej szerokosci fotela, cokól zas podzielony jest na cztery segmenty. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of lounge furniture consisting of an armchair, two-seater sofas, and three-seater sofas. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial arrangement of the individual furniture components, distinguished by both decorative qualities and functional advantages, including ergonomics. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of the armchair; Fig. 2 shows a side-frontal perspective view of the two-seater and three-seater sofas with the seat cushion and backrest cushion divided into two parts; Fig. 3 shows a side-frontal view of the two-seater and three-seater sofas with the seat cushion divided into two parts and loose backrest cushions mounted on the rear backrest frame. The lounge furniture set rests on the ground with its feet and includes an armchair as a modular unit of two-seater and three-seater sofas. The armchair has essential industrial design features, characterized by a cuboid armrest structure, in which the lateral plane is shaped like a helical segment, with a deflection to the outside of the upper surfaces of the individual armrests. These are connected to form a rigid structure. The backrest panel forms the rear backrest, and the lower section is connected by a plinth. The seat cushion is placed on the upper surface of the plinth, and the backrest cushion is mounted at an angle on the rear backrest. The edges forming the outlines of the individual component segments of the armchair are stitched, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. A variant of the industrial design is a two-seater sofa, which is one of the component pieces of furniture in a lounge set, whose essential features of the industrial design are that it has a seat and a backrest with a width close to twice the width of the armchair, and the base is divided into four segments. Connecting slots are formed in one plane between the two segments of the rear backrest cushions and the seat cushions, and the side backrest cushions additionally rest loosely on the armrests, as shown in Fig. 2. They are characterized by the fact that on the upper surface of the plinth are mounted two seat cushion segments, between which a connecting slot is created, while on the rear backrest of the frame, separate rear backrest cushions are placed loosely, at an angle, with the side backrest cushions additionally resting loosely on the armrests, as shown in Fig. 3 of the illustrative material. A variant of the industrial design is also a three-seater sofa with essential features of industrial design, characterized by the fact that it contains a plinth and a rear backrest with a width close to three times the width of the armchair and the division of the plinth into four segments. On the upper surface of the plinth, two seat cushion segments are mounted, with a connecting gap between them. Separate backrest cushions are loosely placed at an angle on the rear backrest of the frame, and additional side backrest cushions are mounted on the armrests, as shown in Fig. 3 of the illustrative material. In an alternative version of the industrial design of the three-seater sofa, the essential features of the industrial design are that connecting gaps are located in one plane between the two backrest cushion segments and the seat cushions, and additional side backrest cushions are loosely placed on the armrests, as shown in Fig. 2 of the illustrative material.
