The armchair is part of a lounge furniture set and can be sold in various combinations, for example, as a single item or in a set with a sofa bed. The armchair based on the design is marketed under the trade name BAJKA. The essence of the industrial design is the new spatial arrangement of the individual elements that make up the armchair, manifested in their shape, line layout, and color scheme, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the photographs and drawings attached to the application. Photograph Fig. 1 shows the armchair from the front; Fig. 2 shows the armchair from the side; Fig. 3 shows the armchair from the back. The industrial design armchair consists of: a seat (Fig. 2A) integrated into a single element, a backrest (Fig. 2B), and a frame (Fig. 2C)—a wooden skeleton constituting the base of the armchair. The seat (Fig. 2A) is shaped like a horizontal cuboid, slightly inclined toward the back of the armchair. The seat and backrest, visible in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, are made of a patterned textile material, while the back of the backrest (Fig. 3) and the lower surface of the seat are made of a plain textile material, but in the same color as the patterned textile material. The backrest (Fig. 2B) is arc-shaped; the surface closest to the seat faces the back of the armchair, while the upper part, which serves as the headrest, is slightly curved toward the front of the armchair. The assembled seat and backrest are mounted on a bent wooden structure - Figure 1 D shows the front view of the wooden structure; Figure 2 C shows the side view of the wooden structure. The wooden structure of the armchair consists of four elements: two identical side elements in the shape of an inverted C, constituting the base of the armchair - Figure 4 E, and two wooden crossbars connecting the side elements and reinforcing the structure - Figure 4 F. For the purpose of the claim, the shape of the seat and backrest, shown in the photographs and drawings attached to the application, is primarily important. A zipper sewn across the entire width of the seat is located on the lower surface of the seat, directly next to the crossbar of the armchair frame - Figure 2 G, allowing for replacement of the cover. The armchair can be made from various types of textile materials, with different patterns and colors. Essential features of the industrial design: A textile armchair with a wooden frame, characterized by a horizontally arranged cuboid seat slightly inclined towards the rear of the chair. The seat and backrest are made of patterned textile, while the rear surface of the backrest and the lower surface of the seat are made of plain textile, but in the same color as the patterned textile. The backrest is arched, with the section closest to the seat facing the rear of the chair, while the upper section, which serves as the headrest, is slightly curved towards the front of the chair. The assembled seat and backrest are mounted on a bent wooden structure. The wooden structure of the armchair consists of four elements: two identical side elements in the shape of an inverted C, constituting the base of the chair, and two wooden crossbars connecting the side elements and reinforcing the structure. For the purpose of this claim, the shape of the seat and backrest of the chair, as shown in the photographs and drawings attached to the application, is primarily important. A zipper sewn into the lower surface of the seat, directly next to the crossbar of the chair frame, runs the full width of the seat, allowing for replacement of the seat cover. The seat and backrest covers can be made of various types of textile materials, with different patterns and colors, and the wooden structure of the chair can be made of wood of various colors.
