Zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych „CLASSICO" Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 20 lipca 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych „CLASSICO". Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 - pokazano kanape trzyosobowa rozkladana w widoku z boku, na fig. 2 - kanape trzyosobowa rozkladana w widoku rozlozonym, na fig. 3 - fotel w widoku z przodu, na fig. 4 - fotel w widoku z boku, a na fig. 5 - zarys zewnetrzny szczytu kazdej czesci zestawu w widoku z boku.Zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych „CLASSICO" sklada sie z dwóch czesci: kanapy trzyosobowej rozkladanej i fotela. Czesci zestawu maja wspólne elementy konstrukcyjno-dekoracyjne w postaci szczytów, poduch i oslon. Szczyt stanowi czesc boczna z nózkami, wykonana z barwionej i lakierowanej tarcicy, pokryta czesciowo materialem obiciowym z uwypuklonym podlokietnikiem. Szczyt moze byc wykonany z róznego rodzaju tarcicy dowolnie wybarwionej. Poduche stanowia dwie, symetryczne poduszki, poduszka siedziskowa i poduszka oparciowa. Elementy zestawu wyposazone sa w dolna czesc oslonowa w ksztalcie pólkulistym, dopasowanym do szczytów. Poduche kanapy trzyosobowej rozkladanej stanowia dwie trójdzielne, symetryczne poduszki, siedziskowa i oparciowa. Poduche fotela stanowia dwie symetryczne poduszki, siedziskowa i oparciowa, przy czym poduszka oparciowa ma poziomy szew natomiast górna powierzchnia poduchy ma charakterystyczny, lukowy zarys. Czesci poduch kanapy i fotela sa nierozdzielne, nadaja meblom oryginalny ksztalt, który oprócz walorów estetycznych spelnia takze wymagania ergonomiczne wyrobu. Poduchy pokryte sa materialem obiciowym jednobarwnym lub skóra. PLLeisure furniture set "CLASSICO" The right to register a decorative design has been in force since July 20, 2001. The subject of the decorative design is a leisure furniture set "CLASSICO". The essence of a decorative pattern is a new form of an object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and color. The object of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached photographs, in which fig. 1 - a three-seater sofa unfolded in a side view, fig. 2 - a three-seater sofa unfolded in an exploded view, in fig. 3 - an armchair in a front view, in fig. 4 - armchair in a side view, and in fig. 5 - an external outline of the gable of each part of the set in a side view. The "CLASSICO" leisure furniture set consists of two parts: a three-seater sofa and an armchair. The components of the set have common structural elements. -decorative in the form of gables, cushions and covers. The gable is the side part with legs, made of colored and varnished sawn timber, partially covered with upholstery material with a raised armrest. The top can be made of various types of freely dyed timber. a seat cushion and a backrest cushion The elements of the set are equipped with the lower part of the cover in a hemispherical shape, matching the gables. the three-seat sofa consists of two symmetrical three-fold cushions, a seat and a backrest. The armchair cushions consist of two symmetrical cushions, a seat cushion and a backrest cushion, while the backrest cushion has a horizontal seam, and the upper surface of the cushion has a characteristic arched outline. The parts of the sofa and armchair cushions are inseparable, they give the furniture an original shape which, apart from the aesthetic values, also meets the ergonomic requirements of the product.
