Zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych „CLASSICO" Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 20 lipca 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych „CLASSICO". Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 - pokazano kanape trzyosobowa rozkladana w widoku z boku, na fig. 2 - kanape trzyosobowa rozkladana w widoku rozlozonym, na fig. 3 - fotel w widoku z przodu, na fig. 4 - fotel w widoku z boku, a na fig. 5 - zarys zewnetrzny szczytu kazdej czesci zestawu w widoku z boku.Zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych „CLASSICO" sklada sie z dwóch czesci: kanapy trzyosobowej rozkladanej i fotela. Czesci zestawu maja wspólne elementy konstrukcyjno-dekoracyjne w postaci szczytów, poduch i oslon. Szczyt stanowi czesc boczna z nózkami, wykonana z barwionej i lakierowanej tarcicy, pokryta czesciowo materialem obiciowym z uwypuklonym podlokietnikiem. Szczyt moze byc wykonany z róznego rodzaju tarcicy dowolnie wybarwionej. Poduche stanowia dwie, symetryczne poduszki, poduszka siedziskowa i poduszka oparciowa. Elementy zestawu wyposazone sa w dolna czesc oslonowa w ksztalcie pólkulistym, dopasowanym do szczytów. Poduche kanapy trzyosobowej rozkladanej stanowia dwie trójdzielne, symetryczne poduszki, siedziskowa i oparciowa. Poduche fotela stanowia dwie symetryczne poduszki, siedziskowa i oparciowa, przy czym poduszka oparciowa ma poziomy szew natomiast górna powierzchnia poduchy ma charakterystyczny, lukowy zarys. Czesci poduch kanapy i fotela sa nierozdzielne, nadaja meblom oryginalny ksztalt, który oprócz walorów estetycznych spelnia takze wymagania ergonomiczne wyrobu. The subject of the ornamental design is the "CLASSICO" lounge furniture set. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and color. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 - shows a three-seater sofa bed in a side view, Fig. 2 - a three-seater sofa bed in an unfolded view, Fig. 3 - an armchair in a front view, Fig. 4 - an armchair in a side view, and Fig. 5 - the external outline of the top of each part of the set in a side view. The "CLASSICO" lounge furniture set consists of two parts: a three-seater sofa bed and an armchair. The set's components share common structural and decorative elements in the form of headboards, cushions, and covers. The headboard consists of a side section with legs, made of stained and varnished lumber, partially covered with upholstery fabric, and featuring a raised armrest. The headboard can be made from various types of lumber in any color. The cushions consist of two symmetrical cushions: a seat cushion and a backrest cushion. The set features a hemispherical lower cover, matching the headboards. The cushion of the three-seater sofa consists of two symmetrical three-piece cushions: one for the seat and one for the backrest. The armchair cushion consists of two symmetrical cushions: one for the seat and one for the backrest, with the backrest cushion having a horizontal seam, while the upper surface of the cushion has a distinctive, arched shape. The cushions of the sofa and armchair are inseparable, giving the furniture a unique shape that, in addition to its aesthetic value, also meets the product's ergonomic requirements. The cushions are covered in a single-color upholstery fabric or leather.
