Zestaw wypoczynkowy „CLASSICO" Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 20 lipca 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw wypoczynkowy „CLASSICO". Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 - pokazano kanape trzyosobowa w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - kanape dwuosobowa w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 3 - zarys zewnetrzny szczytu kazdej czesci zestawu w widoku z boku. Zestaw wypoczynkowy „CLASSICO" sklada sie z dwóch czesci: kanapy trzyosobowej i kanapy dwuosobowej. Czesci zestawu maja wspólne elementy konstrukcyjno-dekoracyjne w postaci szczytów, poduch i oslon.Szczy t stanowi czesc boczna z nózkami, wykonana z barwionej i lakierowanej tarcicy, pokryta czesciowo materialem obiciowym z uwypuklonym podtokietnikiem. Szczyt moze byc wykonany z róznego rodzaju tarcicy dowolnie wybarwionej. Poduche stanowia dwie symetryczne poduszki, poduszka siedziskowa i poduszka oparciowa. Obydwa elementy zestawu wyposazone sa w dolna czesc oslonowa w ksztalcie pólkulistym, dopasowanym do szczytów. Poduche kanapy trzyosobowej stanowia dwie trójdzielne, symetryczne poduszki, siedziskowa i oparciowa, przy czym poduszka oparciowa ma poziomy szew, a jej górna powierzchnia ma charakterystyczny, falisty zarys. Poduche kanapy dwuosobowej stanowia dwie symetryczne, dwudzielne poduszki, siedziskowa i oparciowa, przy czym poduszka oparciowa ma poziomy szew, a jej górna powierzchnia ma charakterystyczny, lukowy zarys. Czesci poduch kanap nierozdzielne, nadaja meblom oryginalny ksztalt, który oprócz walorów estetycznych spelnia takze wymagania ergonomiczne wyrobu. Poduchy pokryte sa materialem obiciowym wzorzystym, natomiast szczyty i dolne czesci oslonowe materialem jednobarwnym. PL PL PL"CLASSICO" lounge set The right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from 20 July 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is the "CLASSICO" lounge set. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and color. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 - shows the three-seater sofa in a front view, Fig. 2 - the two-seater sofa in a front view, and Fig. 3 - the external outline of the top of each part of the set in a side view. The "CLASSICO" lounge set consists of two parts: a three-seater sofa and a two-seater sofa. The set's components share common structural and decorative elements in the form of headboards, cushions, and covers. The headboard consists of a side section with legs, made of stained and varnished lumber, partially covered with upholstery fabric, and featuring a raised armrest. The headboard can be made from various types of lumber in any color. The cushions consist of two symmetrical cushions, a seat cushion, and a backrest cushion. Both elements of the set feature a hemispherical lower cover section, matching the headboards. The cushions of the three-seater sofa consist of two tripartite, symmetrical cushions: a seat cushion and a backrest cushion, with the backrest cushion having a horizontal seam and its upper surface having a distinctive, wavy shape. The two-seater sofa's cushions consist of two symmetrical, divisible cushions: a seat cushion and a backrest cushion. The backrest cushion has a horizontal seam and its upper surface has a distinctive, arched shape. The inseparable cushion sections give the furniture a unique shape that, in addition to its aesthetic value, also meets the product's ergonomic requirements. The cushions are covered with patterned upholstery, while the tops and bottoms are covered with a solid-colored material.
