Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of an object, manifesting itself in its original shape.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 - pokazano kanape naroznik w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - kanape trzyosobowa w widoku z przodu, na fig. 3 - kanape trzyosobowa w widoku z boku, na fig. 4 - kanape dwuosobowa w widoku z przodu, na fig. 5 - fotel w widoku z przodu, na fig. 6 - szczyt w widoku z boku, na fig. 7 - pufa w widoku ogólnym, na fig. 8 - podnózek w widoku ogólnym, na fig. 9 - stolik w widoku ogólnym. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which in fig. 1 - a corner sofa in the front view, in fig. 2 - a three-seater sofa in a front view, in fig. 3 - a three-seater sofa in a side view, in fig. 4 - two-seater sofa in front view, in fig. 5 - armchair in front view, in fig. 6 - gable in side view, in fig. 7 - pouffe in general view, in fig. 8 - footrest in view. general view, in fig. 9 the table in general view.

Komplet mebli wypoczynkowych „CLASSICO" sklada sie z siedmiu czesci: naroznika, kanapy trzyosobowej, kanapy dwuosobowej, fotela, pufy, podnózka i stolika. Wszystkie czesci kompletu maja wspólne elementy konstrukcyjno- dekoracyjne w postaci drewnianych, fantazyjnie zaokraglonych szczytów i nózek. The "CLASSICO" lounge furniture set consists of seven parts: a corner, a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a pouffe, a footrest and a table. All parts of the set have common structural and decorative elements in the form of fancifully rounded wooden gables and legs.

Szczyt stanowi czesc boczna z nózkami, wykonana z barwionej i lakierowanej tarcicy, pokryta' czesciowo materialem obiciowym z uwypuklonympodlokietnikiem. Szczyt moze byc wykonany z róznego rodzaju tarcicy dowolnie wybarwionej. The gable is made of a side part with legs, made of colored and varnished sawn timber, partially covered with upholstery material with a convex armrest. The top can be made of various types of timber, freely colored.

Kanapy i fotel maja symetryczne ulozone poduchy siedziskowe i oparciowe. The sofas and the armchair have symmetrically arranged seat and backrest cushions.

Pufa i podnózek zaopatrzone sa w pojedyncze poduchy. Poduchy pokryte sa materialem obiciowym jednobarwnym, wzorzystym lub skóra. The pouffe and footrest are equipped with single cushions. The cushions are covered with one-color, patterned or leather upholstery.

Nózki pufy, podnózka i stolika sa wykonane z tego samego materialu jak szczyty i nózki kanap i fotela. The feet of the pouf, the footrest and the table are made of the same material as the tops and legs of the sofa and armchair.
