Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest mebel zabawka, który jako fotel przeznaczony jest do siedzenia lub bujania sie, wzglednie jako zabawka. Moze byc wykonany dowolna technika np. jako mebel tapicerowany, wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego lub jako mebel wypelniony powietrzem. Oryginalnosc mebla przejawia sie w jego niekonwencjonalnym ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii tworzacych ten ksztalt. Znane sa róznorodne konstrukcje foteli skladajace sie z siedziska z oparciem, jak równiez znane sa siedziska w postaci taboretów, puf, rogali itp. Mebel przeznaczony jest zarówno dla osób doroslych, jak i dzieci w róznym przedziale wiekowym. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony zostal na fotografiach fig.l i fig.2, które ilustruja mebel w róznych polozeniach, natomiast w sposób schematyczny na fig.3 i fig.4 przedstawione zostaly przyklady zastosowan mebla. Mebel ma postac jednorodnej bryly, która w przekroju wzdluznym (patrzac na mebel jak na fig.3) ma ksztalt stylizowanej litery „C", której sciany poziome sa wzajemnie równolegle i maja profilowane wglebienia z centralnie umiejscowionym otworem tworzacym siedzisko. Czesc srodkowa laczaca sciany od strony zewnetrznej ma ksztalt lukowy z wglebieniem do srodka mebla. W widoku z góry sciany maja ksztalt stylizowanej litery „U" o ramionach lukowych. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a toy piece of furniture, intended as an armchair for sitting or rocking, or as a toy. It can be made using any technique, for example, as upholstered furniture, made of plastic, or as an air-filled piece. The originality of the piece is evident in its unconventional shape and the arrangement of lines that create this shape. Various armchair designs are known, consisting of a seat with a backrest, as well as seats in the form of stools, pouffes, squabs, etc. The furniture is intended for both adults and children of various ages. The subject of the design is shown in photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, which illustrate the furniture in various positions, while Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 provide schematic examples of its use. The furniture has the form of a uniform block, which in the longitudinal section (looking at the furniture as in Fig. 3) has the shape of a stylized letter "C", the horizontal walls of which are parallel to each other and have profiled recesses with a centrally located opening creating a seat. The middle part connecting the walls from the outside has an arc shape with a recess into the center of the furniture.
