Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których figura 1 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku z przodu, figura 2 - jego widok z boku, figura 3 - jego widok z tylu. Krzeslo wykonane z drewna posiadajace pare nóg przednich i pare nóg tylnych polaczonych laczynami górnymi, srodkowymi i dolnymi, tapicerowane siedzisko oraz oparcie, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze nogi przednie i tylne na calej dlugosci maja ksztalt o przekroju prostokata z jednym owalnym krótkim bokiem skierowanym na zewnatrz, przy czym nogi przednie i tylne od siedziska w dól sa polaczone podluznymi laczynami o przekroju prostokata, a nogi tylne od siedziska w góre sa wygiete do tylu i w górnej czesci polaczone pólkolista laczyna o tym samym ksztalcie, która ma ukosne male laczyny o przekroju prostokatnym. Utworzona w srodkuprzestrzen posiada oparcie pokryte wzorzysta poduszka. Siedzisko pokryte wzorzysta poduszka ma ksztalt zblizony do odwróconego trapezu, którego tylny bok jest prosty oraz równy z oparciem, a pozostale sa owalne i wysuniete poza szkielet siedziska krzesla.
