Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel wypoczynkowy przeznaczony do uzytku domowego. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac fotela wypoczynkowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyraza sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym mate- riale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig.l przedstawia fotel wypoczynkowy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.2 - zdjecie fotela w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, a fig.3 - zdjecie fotela w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Boki fotela wraz z oparciem tylnym, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, tworza zwarta calosc, przy czym oparcie jest polaczone z bokami pod katem zblizonym do prostego, a scianka wewnetrzna oparcia jest ukosna. W widoku z przodu, boki fotela maja zarys w ksztalcie prostokata o górnych krawedziach ukosnych, pochylo- nych w kierunku siedzenia fotela, pomiedzy bokami znajduje sie dwudzielna scia- nka przednia. Siedzenie fotela stanowi cienka prostokatna poducha o szerokosci fotela, której obydwa konce sa lekko podniesione na odcinkach odpowiadajacych szerokosci boków fotela. Na oparciu tylnym fotela znajduje sie cienka poducha w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, o szerokosci nieco wiekszej od poziomej czesci siedzenia, która wystaje ponad górna krawedz oparcia tylnego. The new and unique form of the lounge chair according to the industrial design is expressed in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the lounge chair in a front perspective view, Fig. 2 - a photograph of the chair in a front perspective view, and Fig. 3 - a photograph of the chair in a rear perspective view. Essential features of the industrial design: The sides of the chair, together with the backrest, according to the industrial design, form a cohesive whole, with the backrest connected to the sides at an angle approaching a right angle, and the inner wall of the backrest is diagonal. In the front view, the sides of the chair have a rectangular outline with diagonal upper edges, sloping towards the seat of the chair. Between the sides is a bipartite front wall. The seat of the chair is a thin rectangular cushion, the width of the chair, with both ends slightly raised at sections corresponding to the width of the sides of the chair. On the back of the chair is a thin cushion, roughly rectangular in shape, slightly wider than the horizontal part of the seat, which protrudes above the upper edge of the backrest.
