Fotel Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego t^oddnia ^oe^ ^ Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest fotel. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac fotela przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.l przedstawia fotel w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig.2 fotel w widoku z przodu, fig.3 fotel w widoku z boku, a fig.4 fotel w widoku z tylu. Fotel ma siedzisko o profilu korytkowym wsparte na rozkracznych nogach oraz oparcie o trapezowym ksztalcie, przypominajacym zarys lodzi w przekroju poprzecznym. Siedzisko posiada dwie poduchy, z których górna jest niska i ma zaokraglone boki, a dolna jest wysoka i ma zarys trapezowy. Podlokietniki utworzone sa przez napeczniale poduchy, zagiete w polowie do we- wnatrz, przy czym poduchy wystaja ponad krawedzie boczne siedziska. Oparcie ma pekata poduche o trapezowym ksztalcie, wystajaca ponad oparcie, której dolne naroza sa wklesle. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the armchair manifested in the shape. The subject of the decorative pattern is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair in perspective side view, Fig. 2 the armchair in front view, Fig. 3 the armchair in side view, and Fig. 4 the armchair in rear view. The armchair has a trough-shaped seat supported by extending legs and a trapezoidal backrest resembling the outline of a boat in the cross-section. The seat has two cushions, the upper one is low and has rounded sides, and the lower one is high and has a trapezoidal shape. The armrests are made up of inflated cushions that are folded halfway inwards, with the cushions protruding above the side edges of the seat. The backrest has a cracked, trapezoidal cushion protruding above the backrest, the lower corners of which are concave. PL PL

Protective caveat An armchair characterized in that it is made of a trough-shaped seat, supported on extending legs, and a trapezoidal backrest resembling the outline of a boat in cross-section, the seat having two cushions, the upper of which is lower and has rounded the sides, and the lower one is high and has a trapezoidal shape, while the armrests are formed by inflated cushions bent halfway inwards, with the cushions protruding above the side edges of the seat, and the backrest has a trapezoidal cushioned cushion protruding above the backrest, whose bottom corners are concave as shown in the accompanying photos: fig. 1-3.
