Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac fotela, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustra- cyjnym, na którym fig.l przedstawia fotel w widoku z boku, fig.2 - zdjecie fotela w widoku z przodu, fig.3 - zdjecie fotela w widoku z boku, a fig.4 - zdjecie fotela w widoku z tylu. Fotel wedlug wzoru posiada siedzenie w ksztalcie zblizonym do graniastoslupa trójkatnego o zaokraglonym wierzcholku, przy czym koniec zwezonej czesci stanowi tylne podparcie fotela. Na siedzeniu znajduje sie poducha oparcia o tej samej szerokosci co siedzenie, umieszczona na 2/3 jego dlugosci od przodu. Poducha z przodu ma zarys prostokatny, natomiast z boku ma zarys eliptyczny. Przednie nogi fotela wraz z poreczami tworza elementy walcowe, których ksztaltjest zblizony do litery „V", przy czym nogi przednie sa zakonczone okraglymi stopami, natomiast konce porecz sa lekko zagiete w dól. Na poreczach znajduja sie nakladki po- dlokietnikowe o plaskich powierzchniach górnych i o zarysie bocznym zblizonym do ksztaltu wrzeciona. PL PLArmchair 102 The design registration right is valid from August 23, 2001. The design is an armchair intended for interior furnishing. The essence of the design is a new form of the armchair, manifested in its shape. The design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair from a side view, Fig. 2 - a photo of the armchair from the front, Fig. 3 - a photo of the armchair from the side, and Fig. 4 - a photo of the armchair from the rear. The armchair, according to the design, has a seat in the shape of a triangular prism with a rounded top, with the end of the narrowed section constituting the rear support of the armchair. The seat features a backrest cushion of the same width as the seat, positioned two-thirds of its length from the front. The front cushion has a rectangular shape, while the sides have an elliptical shape. The front legs of the chair, together with the armrests, form cylindrical elements whose shape is similar to the letter "V," with the front legs ending in round feet, while the ends of the armrests are slightly bent downward. The armrests feature armrest pads with flat upper surfaces and a side contour similar to the shape of a spindle.
