Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel tapicerowany przeznaczony do wyposazenia pomieszczen. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac fotela tapicerowanego przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Fotel tapicerowany wedlug wzoru ma boki o zaiysie bocznym w ksztalcie prostokata, zas od frontu w ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkata, pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie wysoka poducha siedzenia. Oparcia boczne fotela wylozone sa cienkimi, szerokimi poduchami. Tylne oparcie fotela ma zarys wysokiego trapezu, którego dolna, krótsza podstawa stanowi podpore tylna fotela, przy czym boki oparcia sa lekko zalamane do przodu. Na oparciu znajduje sie pekata poducha siegajaca do poduchy siedzenia, która na wysokosci oparc bocznych posiada przeszycie uwypuklajace jej czesc dolna. Nogi przednie fotela maja ksztalt odwróconych, wysmuklych stozków. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia fotel tapicerowany w widoku perspektywi- cznym, fig.2 - zdjecie fotela w widoku z przodu, fig.3 - zdjecie fotela w widoku z boku, a fig.4 - zdjecie fotela w widoku z tylu.Cechy Istotne wzoru przemyslowego. The new and unique character of the upholstered armchair is revealed in its shape. The upholstered armchair, as designed, has rectangular sides at the sides and a triangular front, with a high seat cushion between them. The armchair's side backrests are upholstered with thin, wide cushions. The rear backrest has a high trapezoid shape, the lower, shorter base of which supports the rear of the armchair, with the sides of the backrest slightly bent forward. The backrest features a bulging cushion extending to the seat cushion, which has a convex stitching at the height of the side backrests, highlighting its lower section. The front legs of the armchair are shaped like inverted, slender cones. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows an upholstered armchair in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - a front view of the armchair, Fig. 3 - a side view of the armchair, and Fig. 4 - a rear view of the armchair. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The armchair has rectangular sides at the sides and a triangular shape at the front. The rear backrest of the armchair has a high trapezoid shape, the lower, shorter base of which forms the rear support of the armchair, with the sides of the backrest slightly bent forward.
