Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig.l przedstawia fotel w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.2 - zdjecie fotela w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.3 - zdjecie fotela w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego o zwartej, jednolitej fonnie ma na oparciach bocznych nakladki wywiniete na zewnatrz w ksztalcie zblizonym do jezyka. Oparcie tylne o zaokraglonej górnej krawedzi ma pekata poduche zaokraglona u góry i zaopatrzona w poprzeczne przeszycie w jej czesci srodkowej. The new and unique character of the upholstered armchair based on the industrial design is expressed in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair in a front perspective view, Fig. 2 - a photograph of the armchair in a front perspective view, and Fig. 3 - a photograph of the armchair in a rear perspective view. The essential features of the industrial design: The armchair based on the industrial design, with a compact, uniform form, has outward-curved pads on the side backrests, resembling a tongue. The rear backrest, with a rounded upper edge, has a puffy cushion, rounded at the top and provided with a crosswise stitching in its central section. The lower section of the backrest cushion has a rectangular shape, while its upper section has a tongue-like shape and partially overlaps the side rest pads. The seat has a thin cushion, the front of which, shaped like a tongue, folds over the high front seat beam. The high front seat beam extends beyond the front surfaces of the seat sides.
