Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel tapicerowany, przeznaczony jako mebel do wyposazenia pomieszczen. Nowa i oryginalna postac fotela wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyraza sie w ksztalcie i ornamentacji. Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada masywna, tapicerowana czesc nosna, która od frontu ma zarys otwartego trapezu o lukowatych krawedziach bocznych, zas z boku ma zarys zblizony do trapezu o górnej krawedzi w postaci linii lamanej. Wzdluz górnych krawedzi boków znajduja sie pekate poduchy oparc bocznych. W niecce sie- dziska znajduje sie poducha o walcowatej czesci przedniej, której wysokosc jest mniej- sza od wysokosci belki przedniej umieszczonej ponizej poduchy. Oparcie tylne zaopa- trzone jest w pekata poduche w ksztalcie trapezu, której szerokosc jest mniejsza od szerokosci obrysu oparc bocznych. Powierzchnia frontowa czesci nosnej fotela zaopatrzona jest w gwozdzie ozdobne umieszczone w jednakowych odleglosciach od jej konturu oraz posiada ukosne prze- szycia, zaznaczajace zarys trapezowy belki przedniej. Fotel posiada wyraziste nózki o zarysie trapezowym.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig.l przedstawia fotel tapicerowany w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - zdjecie fotela tapicerowanego w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.3 - zdjecie fotela w widoku z boku, a fig.4 - zdjecie fotela w widoku z tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Oparcie tylne jest zaopatrzone w pekata poduche w ksztalcie trapezu, której szero- kosc jest mniejsza od szerokosci obrysu oparc bocznych. Na powierzchni frontowej czesci nosnej fotela znajduja sie gwozdzie ozdobne umieszczone w jednakowych odleglosciach od jej konturu oraz posiada ukosne prze- szycia, które zaznaczaja trapezowy zarys belki przedniej.Fig.1Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 PLThe subject of the industrial design is an upholstered armchair intended as a piece of furniture for interior furnishing. The new and original character of the industrial design armchair is expressed in its shape and ornamentation. The industrial design armchair has a massive, upholstered support section, which at the front has the outline of an open trapezoid with arched side edges, while at the sides it has a trapezoid-like shape with a broken upper edge. Along the upper edges of the sides are puffy side-back cushions. The seat basin contains a cushion with a cylindrical front section, the height of which is less than the height of the front beam located below the cushion. The rear backrest is fitted with a puffy, trapezoidal cushion, the width of which is less than the width of the side-back contour. The front surface of the armchair's supporting section is fitted with decorative nails placed at equal distances from its contour and features diagonal stitching, highlighting the trapezoidal outline of the front beam. The armchair has distinctive trapezoidal legs. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the upholstered armchair, Fig. 2 a front perspective view of the upholstered armchair, Fig. 3 a side view of the armchair, and Fig. 4 a rear view of the armchair. Essential features of the industrial design: The backrest is fitted with a bulging, trapezoidal cushion, the width of which is smaller than the width of the side backrests. The front surface of the load-bearing part of the chair has decorative nails placed at equal distances from its contour and has diagonal stitching that highlights the trapezoidal outline of the front beam.
