Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel tapicerowany, przeznaczony jako mebel do wyposazenia pomieszczen. The subject of the industrial design is an upholstered armchair, intended as a piece of furniture to furnish rooms.

Nowa i oryginalna postac fotela wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyraza sie w ksztalcie i ornamentacji. The new and original form of the armchair, following an industrial pattern, is expressed in the shape and ornamentation.

Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada masywna, tapicerowana czesc nosna, która od frontu ma zarys otwartego trapezu o lukowatych krawedziach bocznych, zas z boku ma zarys zblizony do trapezu o górnej krawedzi w postaci linii lamanej. Wzdluz górnych krawedzi boków znajduja sie pekate poduchy oparc bocznych. W niecce sie- dziska znajduje sie poducha o walcowatej czesci przedniej, której wysokosc jest mniej- sza od wysokosci belki przedniej umieszczonej ponizej poduchy. Oparcie tylne zaopa- trzone jest w pekata poduche w ksztalcie trapezu, której szerokosc jest mniejsza od szerokosci obrysu oparc bocznych. The armchair, according to the industrial design, has a massive, upholstered carrying part, which at the front has the outline of an open trapezoid with arched side edges, while on the side it has an outline similar to a trapezoid with a broken line at the top. Along the upper edges of the sides there are cracked cushions on the side-backs. In the seat trough there is a cushion with a cylindrical front part, the height of which is lower than the height of the front beam below the cushion. The rear backrest is equipped with a trapezoid-shaped cushion, the width of which is smaller than that of the side rests' contour.

Powierzchnia frontowa czesci nosnej fotela zaopatrzona jest w gwozdzie ozdobne umieszczone w jednakowych odleglosciach od jej konturu oraz posiada ukosne prze- szycia, zaznaczajace zarys trapezowy belki przedniej. The front surface of the support part of the chair is equipped with decorative nails placed at equal distances from its contour and has diagonal stitching, marking the trapezoidal contour of the front beam.

Fotel posiada wyraziste nózki o zarysie trapezowym.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig.l przedstawia fotel tapicerowany w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - zdjecie fotela tapicerowanego w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.3 - zdjecie fotela w widoku z boku, a fig.4 - zdjecie fotela w widoku z tylu. The armchair has distinct legs with a trapezoidal outline. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, in which fig. 1 shows an upholstered armchair in front view, fig. 2 - a photo of an upholstered chair in a perspective front view, fig. 3 - a photo of the armchair in a side view, and fig.4 is a photo of the seat in a rear view.
