Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest mebel wypoczynkowy z przezna- czeniem do pokoju, salonu lub gabinetu. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografii, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 sofe w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - sofe w widoku z boku, oraz zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 3 i fig. 4 przedstawiono sofe w widoku ogólnym. Z polskiego opisu wzoru Rz 12735 znana jest sofa wypoczynkowa, która ma oparcie uksztaltowane w postac dwu zaokraglonych od góry poduch o nierównej szerokosci i o równej wysokosci, z których poducha wieksza prawa ma ksztalt nieregularnego owalu z prawa zewnetrzna czescia uksztaltowana wklesle, odpowiednio do zarysu prawego podlokietnika, a lewa mniejsza poducha ma ksztalt równiez nieregularnego owalu, którego bok lewy jest uksztaltowany wklesle, odpowiednio do zarysu lewego pod- lokietnika, a bok prawy zarysowany wklesle, odpowiednio do wypuklego w tym miejscu zarysu lewej bocznej czesci poduch prawej. Sofa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej wszystkie elementy zawieraja w swoim ksztalcie linie koliste, jest w calo- sci tapicerowana, przy czym siedzisko, plyta oparcia i oparcia boczne be-dace jednoczesnie podlokietnikami maja ksztalt skrzyni o czterech scia- nach, której front przypomina stylizowana litere „U", na dnie której jest nalozona wypukla poducha siedziska, o tylna sciane jest wsparta poducha oparcia w ksztalcie cwiartki hiperboli, zas podlokietniki sa szerokie, o ko- listych wierzcholkach, a na frontach maja okragle blyszczace pierscienie, calosc zas jest posadowiona na blyszczacych rurkowatych nogach. The essence of the design is the new form of the item, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing and photograph, which show—in Fig. 1—the sofa from the front, in Fig. 2—the sofa from the side, and in the attached photograph, where Figs. 3 and 4 show a general view of the sofa. The Polish description of the design Rz 12735 describes a lounge sofa with a backrest shaped in the form of two cushions rounded at the top, of unequal width and equal height, of which the larger right cushion has the shape of an irregular oval with the right outer part shaped concavely, corresponding to the outline of the right armrest, and the smaller left cushion has the shape of an irregular oval, the left side of which is shaped concavely, corresponding to the outline of the left armrest, and the right side is shaped concavely, corresponding to the convex outline at this point of the left side part of the right cushions. The industrial-style sofa is characterized by the fact that all its elements contain circular lines in their shape, it is fully upholstered, the seat, backrest panel and side rests, which also serve as armrests, have the shape of a four-sided box, the front of which resembles a stylized letter "U", on the bottom of which there is a convex seat cushion, the back cushion in the shape of a quarter of a hyperbola is supported by the back wall, the armrests are wide, with circular tops, and have round shiny rings on the fronts, and the whole is set on shiny tubular legs. The sofa may have a two-part seat cushion and may be equipped with decorative rollers, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. Essential features of industrial design 1.
