Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii i rysun- kach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia komplet - w widoku ogólnym, fig.2 - komplet - w widoku od frontu i fig.3 - wersalke z zestawu wedlug wzoru w postaci roz- lozonej - w widoku od góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Wersalka kompletu wedlug wzoru posiada trzy wydzielone, poziomo usytuo- wane, prostopadloscienne siedziska i trzy wydzielone, usytuowane ukosnie w tylnej czesci siedzisk - prostopadloscienne oparcia, przy czym oba fotele kompletu wedlug wzoru posiadajajednomodulowe oparcia i siedziska o iden- tycznym ksztalcie, jak kazde z wydzielonych siedzisk i oparc wersalki.- Górne czesci poduch siedzisk i przednie czesci oparc wersalki i obu foteli maja ozdobne pogrubione przeszycia tapicerskie o ksztalcie prostokata z owalnie wykonczonymi narozami, podkreslajace modulowy ksztalt siedzisk i oparc wszystkich mebli kompletu wedlug wzoru. - Przednie naroza wszystkich poduch siedzisk i górne naroza oparc, zarówno wersalki, jak i obu foteli maja ksztalt owalu. - Przednie podstawy siedzisk wersalki i obu foteli maja postac pionowo usytuo- wanych prostopadlosciennych listew. - Podlokietniki mebli wchodzacych w sklad kompletu maja ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu splaszczonego, pionowo usytuowanego prostopadloscianu, którego górny, poziomo usytuowany bok jest wyoblony w kierunku „ku górze". - Wszystkie meble kompletu wedlug wzoru posiadaja metalowe nózki posiadaja- ce ksztalt pionowo usytuowanego prostopadloscianu (fig.l, 2 i 3).Fig.1Fig.2 Fig. 3 PLUpholstered Lounge Furniture Set. The industrial design covers a set of upholstered lounge furniture, consisting of a sofa bed with three separate seats and backrests and two single armchairs, the sofa bed of which, as per the design, folds out. The design is illustrated in the attached photograph and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the set in a general view, Fig. 2 shows the set in a front view, and Fig. 3 shows the sofa bed from the set according to the design unfolded from above. Essential features of the industrial design: - The sofa bed in the pattern set has three separate, horizontally positioned, rectangular seats and three separate, diagonally positioned, rectangular backrests at the rear of the seats. Both armchairs in the pattern set have single-module backrests and seats identical in shape to each of the separate seats and backrests in the sofa bed. - The upper portions of the seat cushions and the front portions of the backrests of the sofa bed and both armchairs feature decorative, thickened upholstery stitching in a rectangular shape with oval-finished corners, emphasizing the modular shape of the seats and backrests of all the furniture in the pattern set. - The front corners of all seat cushions and the upper corners of the backrests of both the sofa bed and both armchairs are oval. - The front bases of the sofa bed and both armchairs are made of vertically arranged cuboid slats. - The armrests of the furniture pieces included in the set have a shape similar to a flattened, vertically arranged cuboid, whose upper, horizontal side is curved upwards. - All pieces of furniture in the set, according to the pattern, have metal legs in the shape of a vertically arranged cuboid (fig. 1, 2 and 3).
