The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a universal corner sofa for sitting and/or lying, manifesting itself in common features of shape, line layout, quality of cushions, and upholstery materials, giving the sofa a unique appearance. The corner sofa based on the industrial design is shown in an axonometric view in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the right-hand version of the corner sofa, and Fig. 2 shows the left-hand version. This industrial-style corner sofa features two rectangular base frames joined at right angles, each with a quadrilateral base that is roughly rectangular. The rectangular base frames are supported by cylindrical chrome legs and feature armrests shaped like a rectangular cuboid. The connected base frames have a higher rear wall attached, divided at the height of the base frame joint. The outer surfaces of the corner base blocks and the rear wall are upholstered with foam-filled upholstery. Seat cushions covered with upholstery are slidably mounted on the corner frame. The backrest cushions, made in rectangular shapes without stitching, rest loosely against the rear walls of the corner sofa and the seat cushion. On one side, the base is mounted at a right angle to the second frame element, which supports a rectangular cushion with a recess for the corner sofa's armrest. The corner cushion, in the armrest recess, is the same width as the other seat or backrest cushions, while its front width is wider than the armrest. The armrest hidden behind the cushion thus appears square in the front view, while the second armrest, visible from below, is rectangular from the front, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. The essential features of this industrial-style lounge furniture set include a rectangular base frame and armrests upholstered with foam-backed upholstery fabric and featuring a permanently attached, higher rear panel, covered with the same foam-backed upholstery fabric. This provides a substantial structural effect. A significant feature of this industrial-style lounge furniture set is the seat and backrest cushions upholstered in the same fabric. The rectangular backrest cushions are unstitched and placed on the seat and rest against the back of the corner sofa. The corner seat cushion has a rectangular recess for the armrest. The corner cushion, in the armrest recess, is the same width as the other seat or backrest cushions, while its front width is wider than the armrest. 2An important feature of a set of upholstered furniture according to an industrial design is the placement of the frame cuboids at a right angle to the left or right of the other frame, wherein the armrest hidden behind the rectangular cushion is a square in the front view, while the second armrest visible from below is rectangular in the front view.
