Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uniwersalny naroznik wypoczynkowy, wykonczony tkanina obiciowa skóra naturalna lub materialem skóropodobnym, przeznaczony do siedzenia lub lezenia skladajacy sie ze skrzyn drewnianych, poduch oraz pólek, majacy zastosowanie w mieszkaniach, biurach oraz innych pomieszczeniach uzytkowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uniwersalnego naroznika sluzacego do siedzenia i/lub lezenia przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach, a takze jakosci materialów tapicerskich oraz poduch nadajacych naroznikowi oryginalny i niepowtarzalny wyglad. Naroznik wypoczynkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ukazany jest w widokach perspektyw- icznych na wizualizacjach (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4) - przedstawiajacych pierwsza odmiane wzoru oraz na fotografii (fot. 1) - przedstawiajaca druga odmiane wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru sklada sie z dwóch prostopadle do siebie usytuowanych i polaczonych skrzyn w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata. Prostopadloscienne skrzynie stanowiace podstawe wspieraja sie na drewnianych lub chromowanych nózkach w ksztalcie szescianu i posiadaja podlokietniki w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu z wbudowanymi pólkami z plyty MDF. Siedziska umieszczone na prostokatnych skrzyniach podzielone sa na dwie czesci szwem gleboko wcinajacym wysokosc siedziska. Polaczone stelaze podstawy posiadaja zamocowana wyzsza sciane tylna w ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu prostokatnego, na której opieraja sie poduszki (mocowane na rzepy) w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu pelniace funkcje oparcia. Dodatkowo na wierzcholku sciany tylnej zamocowane zostaly przy pomocy rzepów walki podpierajace poduszki. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a universal corner sofa for sitting and/or lying, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as the quality of the upholstery materials and cushions, giving the corner sofa an original and unique appearance. The corner sofa according to the industrial design is shown in perspective views in the visualizations (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4) – showing the first design variant – and in the photograph (Photo 1) – showing the second design variant. The design consists of two perpendicularly connected cuboid chests with a rectangular base. The cuboid chests, which form the base, are supported by wooden or chrome cube-shaped legs and feature cuboid-shaped armrests with built-in MDF shelves. The seats, placed on the rectangular chests, are divided into two sections by a seam that deeply indents the seat height. The connected base frames feature a higher rear wall, shaped like a rectangular trapezoid, on which cuboid cushions (attached with Velcro) rest, acting as backrests. Additionally, the cushions' support rods are attached to the top of the rear wall using Velcro. The outer surfaces of the corner sofa's base and rear wall are upholstered with foam-filled upholstery. A key feature of this industrial-design corner sofa is the cuboidal shape of the boxes that serve as the base, the side rests (armrests), which are upholstered with foam-backed fabric, and the inextricably connected higher rear wall, which is upholstered with the same foam-backed fabric. A key feature of this industrial-design corner sofa is the shape of the shelves located in the side rests, inseparably attached to the cuboidal armrests and the boxes that serve as the base, made of MDF board. A key feature of the industrial-style corner sofa is the seat cushions, covered with upholstery fabric mounted on foam, and the cuboid-shaped backrest cushions, without stitching, placed on the seat and attached to the back wall with Velcro. A key feature of the industrial-style upholstered corner sofa is the positioning of the cuboid boxes, which function as a base, perpendicular to each other on the left or right side of the other box, with the armrests and their inextricably connected shelves positioned parallel to the long side of one box and the short side of the other.
