PL 23741 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa, skladajaca sie prostopadlosciennych pionowych boków i oparcia oraz z prostopadlosciennej czesci laczacej te oparcia, na której znajduja sie prostopadloscienne poziomo ulozone dwie pierwsze poduchy, na których pionowo spoczywaja dwie drugie i dwie trzecie poduchy. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac sofy, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz walorach estetycznych mebli wypoczynkowych tapicerowanych. Te istotne cechy stanowia ze, sofa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada indywidualny charakter. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the sofa, manifested in its shape and aesthetic values of upholstered lounge furniture. These important features mean that the sofa according to the industrial design has an individual character. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the sofa with cushions in a front view, Fig. 2 - shows the sofa with cushions in a back view, Fig. 3 - shows the sofa with cushions in a perspective view from the side. Essential features of the industrial design The sofa according to the industrial design is characterized in that it consists of vertical, rectangular sides and a backrest, and a rectangular part connecting these backrests, on which there are two first, horizontally arranged, rectangular cushions, on which two second and two third cushions rest vertically.
