PL 26476 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element mebla wypoczynkowego stanowiacy wezglowie, zwlaszcza dla lózka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi uksztaltowanie wezglowia tapicerowanego przejawiajace sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych oraz funkcjonalnych. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie pokazano na fig. 1 i fig. 1.3 – wezglowie mebla w romby w widoku z przodu, na fig. 1.2 i fig. 1.4 przedstawiono wezglowie w romby w zestawieniu ze skrzynia lózka w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu w przykladowym wykonaniu, na fig. 2.1 i fig. 2.2 przedstawiono wezglowie lózka w romby w zestawieniu ze skrzynia lózka, w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu w kolejnym przykladzie wykonania. Wezglowie moze byc zastosowane do róznych rodzajów skrzyni mebla. Wezglowie lózka moze byc wykonane w róznych kompozycjach kolorystycznych, np. szarym, zóltym i tapicerowany róznymi tkaninami, np. welurem, jak to pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach od fig. 1 do fig. 2.2. Na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1.2 i fig. 1.4 – uwidoczniono wezglowie mebla usytuowane z tylu lózka w przykladowym wykonaniu. Natomiast na fig. 2.1 i fig. 2.2 – uwidoczniono wezglowie mebla usytuowane z tylu lózka w kolejnym przykladzie wykonaniu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. The essence of the industrial design is the shaping of the upholstered headboard, manifested in its shape and line arrangement, aimed at achieving aesthetic and functional goals. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.3 show the headboard of the diamond-patterned furniture in a front view; Fig. 1.2 and Fig. 1.4 show the headboard of the diamond-patterned furniture in a front perspective view of an exemplary embodiment; and Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 2.2 show the headboard of the diamond-patterned bed in a front perspective view of another exemplary embodiment in combination with the bedboard. The headboard can be used with various types of furniture boxes. The headboard can be made in various color combinations, e.g., gray, yellow, and upholstered with various fabrics, e.g., velvet, as shown in the attached photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 2.2. The attached photographs from Fig. 1.2 and Fig. 1.4 show the headboard located at the back of the bed in one example. Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 2.2 show the headboard located at the back of the bed in another example. The essential features of industrial design 1 are manifested primarily in the composition of the vertically uplifted headboard, which is a single upholstered board deeply, diagonally quilted in diamond-shaped figures, surrounded by an upholstered frame, as shown in the attached photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 2.2. 2.
