Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lózko przeznaczone jako wyposazenie sypialni, mieszkan i hoteli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia subtelne uksztaltowanie wezglowia lózka tworzac nowoczesna bryle mebla, nadajac mu jednoczesnie swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, gdzie: Fig. 1 przedstawia lózko w widoku ogólnym bez materaca. Fig. 2 przedstawia lózko w widoku ogólnym z materacem. Lózko do sypialni wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma rame skrzyni o plaskich elementach powierzchni bocznej z materialem obiciowym z pionowo usytuowanymi przeszyciami. Material obiciowy stanowi skóra ekologiczna, ale tym materialem obiciowym moze byc równiez skóra naturalna. Lózko ma tloczone nózki z finezyjnie uksztaltowanymi elementami pierscieniowymi o zdecydowanie szerszym pierscieniu u nasady nózki, przy czym nózka zakonczona jest elementem o powierzchni bocznej o zarysie stozka obustronnie scietego. Wezglowie lózka ma czlon ramowy o lukowym zarysie w czesci górnej i posiada pikowane wypelnienie tapicerowane. Element pikowany ma obramowanie w postaci waskiej bruzdy, w której osadzone sa szeregowo imitacje cwieków. Pikowanie w postaci guziczków tworzy charakterystyczne male romby w materiale obiciowym mebla. Lózko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wprowadzane bedzie do obrotu handlowego pod nazwa „POTENZA". The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The aesthetic effect is provided by the subtle shaping of the headboard, creating a modern piece of furniture, while giving it a distinctive and original appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where: Fig. 1 shows a general view of the bed without a mattress. Fig. 2 shows a general view of the bed with a mattress. The bedroom bed, based on the industrial design, has a box frame with flat side elements and upholstery with vertically arranged stitching. The upholstery is made of eco-leather, but this material can also be natural leather. The bed features embossed legs with finely shaped ring elements, with a significantly wider ring at the base of the leg, and the leg ends with a side surface element shaped like a cone cut on both sides. The headboard has a frame element with an arched upper section and features quilted upholstery. The quilted element is framed in the form of a narrow groove, in which rows of imitation studs are embedded. The button quilting creates characteristic small rhombuses in the furniture's upholstery material. The bed, based on the industrial design, will be commercialized under the name "POTENZA."
