Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli sypialnych przeznaczony jako wyposazenie pomieszczen mieszkalnych, hoteli itp. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia subtelne wkomponowanie elementów chromowanych o kontrastowym kolorze nadajac meblom swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia lózko, toaletke oraz taboret w widoku ogólnym, zas Fig. 2 przedstawia lózko oraz niskie szafki przylózkowe w widoku ogólnym. Zestaw mebli sypialnych sklada sie z tapicerowanego lózka, toaletki, taboretu i szafek przylózkowych. Zestaw mebli sypialnych wprowadzany bedzie do obrotu handlowego pod nazwa: „TOKYO". Tapicerowane lózko charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma rame leza o zarysie prostopadlosciennym osadzona na czterech metalowych, chromowanych nózkach o ksztalcie lezacego walca. Scianki boczne leza sa gladkie i posiadaja wyokraglone mocno górne obrzeza. Frontowa scianka lózka uksztaltowana jest w postaci pólwalca i posiada w srodkowej czesci chromowana ozdobna opaske. Wezglowie lózka ma wysokie scianki o lekko odchylonym lukowo górnym obrzezu. Natomiast w dolnej czesci scianki wezglowia posiadaja zewnetrzne wybrzuszenia odpowiadajace ksztaltem zarysowi profilu frontowej scianki. Wezglowie lózka rozdzielone jest chromowana ozdobna opaska na dwie symetryczne wzgledem siebie scianki. Tapicerowane lózko pokryte jest ecoskóra, ale moze byc pokryte innym materialem tapicerowanym. Toaletka ma stolik z blatem uksztaltowanym o zarysie ceowym osadzonym na prosto- padlosciennych elementach bocznych, gdzie ich polaczenie ma ozdobne wyfrezowania. W centralnej czesci toaletki osadzone jest obramowane lustro, gdzie obramowanie i naroza sa mocno wyokraglone. Pod blatem toaletki umieszczone sa dwie szufladki o gladkim licu. Taboret stanowi monolit posiadajacy oryginalny zarys tunelowy i posiada na powierzchni siedziska oraz scianek bocznych imitacje warstwy listwowej. Szafka przylózkowa stanowi monolit o oryginalnym zarysie tunelowym o gladkiej powierzchni zewnetrznej i posiada pólke umieszczona równolegle do blatu szafki. The aesthetic effect is ensured by the subtle integration of chrome elements in a contrasting color, giving the furniture a unique and original look. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a bed, a dressing table and a stool in a general view, and Fig. 2 shows a bed and low bedside cabinets in a general view. The bedroom furniture set consists of an upholstered bed, dressing table, stool and bedside tables. The set of bedroom furniture will be commercially available under the name: "TOKYO". The upholstered bed is characterized by a rectangular frame mounted on four metal, chrome-plated legs in the shape of a lying cylinder. The side walls of the bed are smooth and have strongly rounded upper ones. edges. The front wall of the bed is shaped in the form of a semi-cylindrical shape and has a chrome-plated decorative band in the middle. The headboard of the bed has high walls with a slightly arched upper edge. However, in the lower part of the walls, the headboard has external bulges corresponding to the shape of the profile of the front wall. The upholstered bed is covered with eco-leather, but it can be covered with another upholstered material. The dressing table has a table with a C-shaped top mounted on rectangular side elements, where their connection has decorative millings. In the central part of the dressing table there is a framed mirror, where the frame and corners are strongly rounded. There are two smooth-faced drawers under the dressing table top. The stool is a monolith with an original tunnel shape and has an imitation of a slatted layer on the surface of the seat and side walls. The bedside cabinet is a monolith with an original tunnel shape, a smooth external surface and a shelf placed parallel to the cabinet top.
