Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli znajdujacy zastosowanie jako wyposazenie sypialni. Zestaw mebli sklada sie z: szafy, komody, szafki nocnej i lózka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w zastosowaniu oryginalnego wykonczenia i zdobnictwa, które nadaja meblowi swoisty oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych, przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe. Zestaw mebli do sypialni wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku zbiorczym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia szafe w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 – komode w widoku ogólnym, fig. 3 – szafke nocna w widoku ogólnym i fig. 4 – lózko w widoku ogólnym. W celu lepszego zobrazowania wzoru przemyslowego zalaczamy dodatkowo fotografie przedstawiajace zestaw mebli do sypialni w pelnym zestawieniu, odpowiadajacy tym samym numerom od Fot. 1 do Fot. 4. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Meble wchodzace w sklad kompletu wyróznia element ozdobny w postaci pionowego pasa z reliefem wkleslym wykonanym na czolowej powierzchni boków: szafy, komody, szafki nocnej i nóg lózka. Centralnie na srodku w czesci frontowej szafy zamontowane sa symetrycznie o jednakowej powierzchni dwa lustra, przy czym od góry lustra te ogranicza powierzchnia meblowa, a od dolu dwie szuflady, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku od fig. 1 do fig. 4 i fotografiach od Fot. 1 do Fot. 4. Uksztaltowanie to wystepuje we wszystkich meblach wchodzacych w sklad sypialni, pozwalajac uzyskac bardzo indywidualny charakter calego zestawu. Szafa pokazana na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 1 i Fot. 1, ma dwie pary drzwi, przy czym na frontach bocznych drzwi wykonane sa poziome pojedyncze reliefy wklesle, a w srodku wewnetrzna i centralnie pare drzwi tworza dwa lustra, które od góry ogranicza powierzchnia meblowa, a od dolu dwie szuflady. Na czolowej powierzchni boków szafy wykonane sa elementy ozdobne w postaci pionowego pasa z reliefem wkleslym. Górny wieniec szafy rozszerza sie ku górze, a z przodu i z boków wystaje poza plaszczyzne frontowa szafy. Dolny wieniec i pozioma listwa zamontowana pod górnym wiencem sa cofniete wobec powierzchni frontowej szafy. Drzwi szafy i czola szuflad wyposazone sa w poziome uchwyty. Komoda uwidoczniona na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 2 i Fot. 2, w pionie podzielona jest na trzy czesci, przy czym dwie boczne tworza szafki zamykane pelnymi drzwiami, na frontach których wykonane sa poziome pojedyncze reliefy wklesle. Natomiast w srodkowej czesci umieszczone sa u góry dwie wezsze, a ponizej trzy szersze szuflady. Na czolowej powierzchni boków komody wykonane sa elementy ozdobne w postaci pionowego pasa z reliefem wkleslym. Górny wieniec komody rozszerza sie ku górze, a z przodu i z boków wystaje poza plaszczyzne frontowa komody. Dolny wieniec i pozioma listwa zamontowana pod górnym wiencem sa cofniete wobec powierzchni frontowej komody. Drzwi szafek i czola szuflad wyposazone sa w poziome uchwyty. Szafka nocna przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 3 i Fot. 3, sklada sie z dwóch pionowo usytuowanych szuflad. Na czolowej powierzchni boków szafki nocnej wykonane sa elementy ozdobne w postaci pionowego pasa z reliefem wkleslym. Górny wieniec szafki nocnej rozszerza sie ku górze, a z przodu i z boków wystaje poza plaszczyzne frontowa szafki nocnej. Dolny wieniec i pozioma listwa zamontowana pod górnym wiencem sa cofniete wobec powierzchni frontowej szafki nocnej. Czola szuflad wyposazone sa w poziome uchwyty. Lózko pokazane na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 4 i Fot. 4, jest w postaci oskrzyni z wysokim wezglowiem i nizszej czesci tylnej umocowanej w szerokiej ramie. Na frontowej powierzchni nóg wykonane sa elementy ozdobne w postaci pionowego pasa z reliefem wkleslym. The furniture set consists of a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and a bed. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in the use of original finishes and ornamentation, which give the furniture a distinctive, original appearance aimed at enhancing its aesthetic qualities, thereby providing the furniture with beneficial decorative and functional features. The bedroom furniture set based on the industrial design is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the wardrobe, Fig. 2 – a general view of the chest of drawers, Fig. 3 – a general view of the bedside table, and Fig. 4 – a general view of the bed. To better illustrate the industrial design, we have also included photographs showing the complete bedroom furniture set, corresponding to the same numbers from Photo 1 to Photo 4. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The furniture included in the set is distinguished by a decorative element in the form of a vertical strip with a concave relief on the front surfaces of the sides: wardrobe, chest of drawers, nightstand, and bed legs. Another distinctive feature of the set is the single horizontal concave reliefs on the fronts of the wardrobe and chest of drawers doors. Furthermore, the top panel of the set visibly widens upwards, extending beyond the front and sides of the furniture. Centrally located in the front of the wardrobe, two mirrors of equal size are symmetrically mounted. The mirrors are bordered by the furniture surface at the top and two drawers at the bottom, as shown in the attached drawing from Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 and photographs from Photo 1 to Photo 4. This design is present in all the furniture pieces in the bedroom, allowing for a highly individual character for the entire set. The wardrobe shown in the attached drawing from Fig. 1 and Photo 1 has two pairs of doors, with the side doors featuring single horizontal concave reliefs. The inner and central pair of doors are formed by two mirrors, bordered by the furniture surface at the top and two drawers at the bottom. Decorative elements in the form of a vertical strip with concave relief are applied to the front surfaces of the wardrobe sides. The top panel of the wardrobe widens upwards and extends beyond the cabinet's front surface at the front and sides. The bottom panel and the horizontal strip mounted under the top panel are set back from the cabinet's front surface. The cabinet doors and drawer fronts are equipped with horizontal handles. The chest of drawers, shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 2 and Photo 2, is vertically divided into three sections, with the two side sections forming cabinets with full doors, each featuring single horizontal concave reliefs. The middle section features two narrower drawers at the top and three wider drawers below. Decorative elements in the form of a vertical strip with concave relief are applied to the front and sides of the chest of drawers. The top panel of the chest of drawers widens upwards and extends beyond the cabinet's front surface at the front and sides. The lower panel and the horizontal strip mounted under the upper panel are set back from the chest of drawers' front surface. The cabinet doors and drawer fronts are equipped with horizontal handles. The bedside table shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 3 and Photo 3 consists of two vertically arranged drawers. The front surfaces of the bedside table feature decorative elements in the form of a vertical strip with a concave relief. The upper panel of the bedside table widens upward, and at the front and sides it protrudes beyond the bedside table's front surface. The lower panel and the horizontal strip mounted under the upper panel are set back from the bedside table's front surface. The drawer fronts are equipped with horizontal handles. The bed shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 4 and Photo 4 has a frame with a high headboard and a lower rear section mounted within a wide frame. The front surface of the legs features decorative elements in the form of a vertical strip with a concave relief.
