Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli znajdujacy zastosowanie jako wyposa- zenie pokoju dziennego i jadalni, który sklada sie z: szafki RTV z panelem, wysokiej dwudrzwiowej witryny, szerokiej komody, waskiej komody, niskiego stolika okolicznosciowego, niskiej witryny, wiszacych pólek. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, barwie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz oryginalnym ukladzie czesci otwartych i pelnych mebla, które nadaja meblowi swoisty oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy wyrózniajace i uzytkowe. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku zbiorczym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia szafke RTV z panelem w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - wysoka dwudrzwiowa witryne w widoku ogólnym, fig. 3 - szeroka komode w widoku ogólnym, fig. 4 - waska komode w widoku ogólnym, fig. 5 - niski stolik okolicznosciowy w widoku ogólnym, fig. 6 - niska witryne w widoku ogólnym, fig. 7 - podwójna pólke w widoku ogólnym. Zestaw mebli pozwala dowolnie je zestawiac w rózne kompozycje systemowe w zaleznosci od wymagan i potrzeb klienta. W celu lepszego zobrazowania wzoru przemyslowego zalacza sie dodatkowo 5 fotografii przedstawiajacych przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zostanie wprowadzony na rynek pod nazwa handlowa „MEDIA HOME". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zestaw mebli charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma oryginalna dwukolorowa barwe, a mianowicie wykonany jest w kolorze bialym polaczonym z jasnym debem. We wszystkich meblach wchodzacych w sklad zestawu zastosowano wyrózniajacy element ozdobny w postaci poziomego pasa z reliefem wypuklym, który wystepuje w czesci srodkowej kazdego wzoru. Nastepna indywidualna cecha wyrózniajaca zestawu sa charakterystyczne stopki w ksztalcie litery „L", przy czym konstrukcja boczna stanowi jednoczesnie podstawe mebla. Ponadto zestaw mebli uzyskuje indywidualny wyglad poprzez zastosowanie poziomych wydluzonych uchwytów w kolorze aluminiowym. Uksztaltowanie to i kolorystyka wystepuja we wszystkich meblach wchodzacych w sklad zestawu, pozwalajac uzyskac bardzo indywidualny, wyrózniajacy charakter calego kompletu. Szafka RTV z panelem pokazana na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 1 i fot. 1 sklada sie z dolnej szafki, tworzacej trzy poziome szuflady do których zamocowane sa wydluzone poziome uchwyty w kolorze aluminiowym. Nad szufladami na plycie nieco cofnietej do tylu wykonany jest poziomy dekoracyjny pas z wypuklym reliefem. Na górnej plycie szafki RTV umieszczony jest poziomy blat podparty na jednej bocznej sciance. Powyzej z jednej strony usytuowany jest panel, a z drugiej strony wiszaca pólka skladajaca sie z dwóch czesci tworzacych dwie naroznikowe pólki. Sciany frontowe szuflad, panel i blat nad szafka RTV wykonane sa w kolorze jasnego debu. Natomiast naroznikowe pólki, dekoracyjny pas z reliefem i górna plyta szafki RTV wykonane sa w kolorze bialym. Mebel posadowiony jest na bokach. Wysoka witryna dwudrzwiowa przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 2 i fot. 2, w pionie podzielona jest na dwie czesci majace przeszklone drzwi wpuszczone w ramiak w kolorze jasnego debu. Na dole witryny widoczne sa dwie szuflady, przy czym na jednej z szuflad wykonany jest wyrózniajacy element ozdobny w postaci reliefu wypuklego. Witryna posadowiona jest na stopkach w ksztalcie litery „L", a konstrukcja boczna jednoczesnie stanowi podstawe mebla. Poziomo na frontach szuflad i pionowo na srodkowych ramach szklanych drzwi zamocowane sa wydluzone uchwyty w kolorze aluminiowym. Witryna wykonana jest w kolorze bialym, za wyjatkiem ram szklanych drzwi, które sa w kolorze jasnego debu. Szeroka komoda uwidoczniona na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 3 i fot. 3, w pionie podzielona jest na trzy czesci, przy czym boczne czesci zamykane sa pelnymi drzwiami, a srodkowa czesc tworza trzy szuflady. Komoda wykonana jest w kolorze bialym, przy czym fronty szuflad górnego poziomego rzedu i górny blat komody jest w kolorze jasnego debu. Przez srodek komody poziomo biegnie pas ozdobny w postaci reliefu wypuklego. Mebel ma stopki w ksztalcie litery „L", a konstrukcja bocznaPL 18947 3 jednoczesnie jest podstawa mebla. Na frontach szuflad i pelnych drzwi w górnych ich czesciach, poziomo zamocowane sa wydluzone uchwyty w kolorze aluminiowym. Waska komoda pokazana na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 4 i fot. 4, w pionie podzielona jest na dwie czesci, przy czym jedna z czesci zamykana jest pelnymi drzwiami, a druga czesc tworza trzy szuflady. Komoda wykonana jest w kolorze bialym, a górna szuflada i odpowiedni pas pelnych drzwi oraz górny blat komody jest w kolorze jasnego debu. Przez srodek komody w poziomie biegnie pas ozdobny w postaci reliefu wypuklego. Mebel ma stopki w ksztalcie litery „L", a konstrukcja boczna jednoczesnie jest podstawa mebla. Na frontach szuflad i pelnych drzwi w górnych ich czesciach, poziomo zamocowane sa wydluzone uchwyty w kolorze aluminiowym. Niski stolik okolicznosciowy przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 5 i fot. 5, ma prostokatny blat oraz jedna pólke zamocowana wertykalnie do scianek bocznych. Stolik posadowiony jest na szerokich stopkach w ksztalcie litery „L", przy czym konstrukcja boczna stanowi jednoczesnie podstawe mebla. Mebel wykonany jest w kolorze bialym, a górny blat i pólka jest w kolorze jasnego debu. Niska witryna uwidoczniona na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 6, z jednej strony ma pojedyncze przeszklone drzwi na calej wysokosci, które wykonane sa ze szkla wpuszczonego w ramiak w kolorze jasnego debu. Druga czesc podzielona jest w poziomie na dwie czesci, przy czym dolna czesc zamykana jest pelnymi drzwiami, a górna ma pojedyncze uchylne drzwi, na których wykonany jest element ozdobny w postaci reliefu wypuklego. Witryna posadowiona jest na stopkach w ksztalcie litery „L", a konstrukcja boczna jednoczesnie stanowi podstawe mebla. Wydluzone uchwyty w kolorze aluminiowym zamocowane sa pionowo do ramy szklanych drzwi i pelnych frontów drzwi oraz poziomo do uchylnych drzwi. Fronty pelnych drzwi, górny blat mebla oraz ramy przeszklonych drzwi sa w kolorze jasnego debu, natomiast boki i stopki wykonane sa w kolorze bialym. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape, color, surface properties, and the original arrangement of the furniture's open and solid parts, which give the furniture a distinctive, original appearance aimed at enhancing its aesthetic qualities, thereby giving the furniture favorable distinctive and functional characteristics. The furniture set based on the industrial design is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of an RTV cabinet with a panel, Fig. 2 - a general view of a tall two-door display cabinet, Fig. 3 - a general view of a wide chest of drawers, Fig. 4 - a general view of a narrow chest of drawers, Fig. 5 - a general view of a low occasional table, Fig. 6 - a general view of a low display cabinet, Fig. 7 - a general view of a double shelf. The furniture set allows for free arrangement into various system compositions depending on the customer's requirements and needs. To better illustrate the industrial design, five additional photographs showing the subject of the industrial design are attached. The furniture set based on the industrial design will be marketed under the trade name "MEDIA HOME." Essential features of the industrial design: The furniture set is characterized by its original two-tone color, namely, it is made in white combined with light oak. All pieces of furniture in the set feature a distinctive decorative element in the form of a horizontal strip with a convex relief, which appears in the center of each design. Another distinctive feature of the set is the characteristic L-shaped feet, with the side structure also serving as the base of the furniture. Furthermore, the set gains a unique look through the use of horizontal, elongated aluminum handles. This shape and color are present in all pieces of furniture in the set, allowing for a very individual, distinctive character of the entire set. The TV cabinet with a panel, shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 1 and Photo 1, consists of a lower cabinet, forming three horizontal drawers to which are attached horizontal, elongated aluminum handles. Above the drawers, a slightly recessed panel features a horizontal decorative strip with a convex relief. The top panel of the TV cabinet features a horizontal countertop supported by one side. Above this panel is a panel on one side, and on the other, a hanging shelf consisting of two parts, forming two corner shelves. The drawer fronts, panel, and countertop above the TV cabinet are finished in light oak. The corner shelves, decorative strip with relief, and top panel of the TV cabinet are finished in white. The unit rests on its sides. The tall, two-door display cabinet, shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 2 and Photo 2, is vertically divided into two sections with glazed doors set into light oak frames. At the bottom of the display cabinet, two drawers are visible, with one drawer featuring a distinctive decorative element in the form of a raised relief. The display cabinet rests on L-shaped feet, and the side structure also serves as the base of the furniture. Elongated aluminum handles are mounted horizontally on the drawer fronts and vertically on the central glass door frames. The display cabinet is finished in white, except for the glass door frames, which are light oak. The wide chest of drawers, shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 3 and Photo 3, is vertically divided into three sections, with the side sections closed by solid doors, and the central section consists of three drawers. The chest of drawers is finished in white, with the drawer fronts of the upper horizontal row and the top of the chest of drawers finished in light oak. A decorative strip in the form of a convex relief runs horizontally across the center of the chest of drawers. The furniture has L-shaped feet, and the side structure PL 18947 3 also serves as the base of the furniture. Elongated aluminum-colored handles are mounted horizontally on the drawer fronts and the tops of the solid doors. The narrow chest of drawers, shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 4 and Photo 4, is vertically divided into two parts, one of which is closed with a solid door, and the other part consists of three drawers. The chest of drawers is finished in white, while the top drawer and the corresponding strip of solid doors, as well as the top of the chest of drawers, are in light oak. A decorative strip in the form of a convex relief runs horizontally across the center of the chest of drawers. The furniture has L-shaped feet, and the side structure also serves as the base of the furniture. The drawer fronts and full doors feature horizontally mounted elongated aluminum handles at their upper sections. The low occasional table, shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 5 and Photo 5, has a rectangular top and a single shelf mounted vertically to the side walls. The table rests on wide L-shaped feet, with the side structure also serving as the base of the piece. The piece is finished in white, and the top table and shelf are light oak. The low display case, shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 6, has a single, full-height glass door on one side, made of glass set into a light oak frame. The second section is divided horizontally into two parts, with the lower section closed by a solid door, and the upper section has a single hinged door with a decorative element in the form of a raised relief. The display case rests on L-shaped feet, and the side structure also serves as the base of the furniture. Elongated aluminum handles are attached vertically to the glass door frame and the solid door fronts, and horizontally to the hinged door. The solid door fronts, the top of the unit, and the glass door frames are finished in light oak, while the sides and feet are finished in white.
