The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the furniture set manifested in the contours, lines, shape and decoration of the fronts and colors giving it an individual character distinguishing it from other furniture sets of this type and/or purpose. Photo 23 shows an element - constituting an important feature The furniture set according to the pattern, in the form of a black handle, is a solid shape similar to a cube. As illustrated in the drawing and photographs, and additionally, in more detail in photographs I and II, most of the furniture in the set according to the pattern has a characteristic element in the form of a black underscore located between the fronts and sides of the furniture. Furthermore, black lines separate and emphasize the division of the fronts. In most of the furniture in the set, the fronts do not touch the sides of the furniture, nor do they form a single plane with them, but are protruded forward relative to the edges of the sides. The black underscore visible in the depth creates a three-dimensional impression of the fronts and additional framing (as illustrated in photographs 1-22 and collective photographs I and II). As shown in Figure 11 and Photo 11, the sideboard has a central cabinet with five drawers and two outer glass cabinets. Two glass shelves are visible deep within the glass and framed sideboard doors. As shown in Figure 15 and Photo 15, the cabinet has sliding doors, the edges of which are additionally fitted with aluminum strips. The fronts are decorated with a narrow, horizontal black stripe along ¾ of their height, so that one sliding door has a black stripe at the top and the other at the bottom. Between the cabinet sides and the forward-projecting fronts (sliding doors), a black underscore is visible, referencing the black stripes on the doors and providing a visually three-dimensionality to the fronts and providing an additional framing effect. As shown in Figure 16, Photograph 16, and Group Photo II, a double bed, or so-called "marriage bed," is characterized by a headboard in the form of a rectangular board decorated with four horizontally arranged boards separated by black lines. The footboard is a solid board. Between the sides of the dresser and the protruding fronts, a black underscore is visible in the depth, visually adding three-dimensionality to the fronts and providing an additional framing effect. As shown in Figure 19 and Photo 19, the sideboard has three cabinets and three drawers placed horizontally above them. The cabinet doors and drawers feature distinctive black handles in the form of a cube-like shape. Between the sides of the dresser and the protruding fronts, a black underscore is visible in the depth, visually adding three-dimensionality to the fronts and providing an additional framing effect. As shown in Figure 20 and Photo 20, the mirror is mounted on a varnished plum-colored board, which is used to make the rest of the furniture in the set, as shown in the pattern. As shown in Figure 21 and Photo 21, the single bed has a headboard in the form of a rectangular board, decorated with four horizontally arranged boards separated by black lines. As shown in Figure 22 and Photo 22, the table legs consist of two opposing perpendicular walls, the inner sides of which are black, and the outer sides are devoid of one wall. A shelf is visible 2/3 of the way up the perpendicular wall. A wider, black panel is visible between the tabletop and the desk frame, echoing the arcade characteristic of the entire set. As shown in Photo 23, the handle found in most of the set is black and has a cube-like shape. Most of the furniture in the set has a characteristic element in the form of a black handle, which is a solid shape similar to a cube (as shown precisely in photo 23 and photos 1 - 22 and collective photos I and II). 3. Most of the furniture in the set has a characteristic element in the form of a black shadow located between the fronts and sides of the furniture. The fronts of most of the furniture in the set do not touch the sides of the furniture, they do not form a single plane with them, but are protruding forward in relation to the edges of the sides, while the black undercut visible in the depth gives the impression of three-dimensionality of the fronts and their additional framing, as well as gives the furniture set a coherent image (as shown in the drawings Fig. 1 - Fig. 22; photographs Fig. 1-22 and collective photographs I and II). 4.
