Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli, znany pod nazwa handlowa „Iks", sta- nowiacy wyposazenie pokoi zwlaszcza dzieciecych i mlodziezowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu mebli przejawiajaca sie w konturach, li- niach i ksztalcie frontów oraz kolorystyce nadajaca mu indywidualny charakter wyrózniajacy sposród innych zestawów meblowych tego rodzaju i/lub przeznaczenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zlozony z 14 elementów, skladajacych sie na jeden zestaw - przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym poszczególne, pojedyncze meble zestawu wedlug wzoru przedstawione sa w widoku perspektywicznym, przy czym: fig. 1; fig. 1.1 przedstawia duza szafe dwudrzwiowa z ozdobnym frontem po stronie prawej; fig. 2; fig. 2.1 przedstawia duza szafe dwudrzwiowa z ozdobnym frontem po stronie lewej; fig. 3; fig. 3.1 przedstawia duza narozna szafe dwudrzwiowa; fig. 4; fig. 4.1 przedstawia szafe dwudrzwiowa z jedna dolna szuflada; fig. 5; fig. 5.1 przedstawia regal z trzema pólkami z jedna dolna szuflada; fig. 6; fig. 6.1 przedstawia waski regal z jedna pólka i drzwiami w dolnej i górnej czesci; fig. 7; fig. 7.1 przedstawia waski regal z czterema pólkami; fig. 8; fig. 8.1 przedstawia waski, narozny regal z czterema pólkami po stronie lewej i prawej; fig. 9; fig. 9.1 przedstawia mala dwudrzwiowa szafke z 1 szuflada; fig. 10; fig. 10.1 przedstawia trzyszufladowa komode; fig. 11; fig. 11.1 przedstawia biurko; fig. 12; fig. 12.1 przedstawia mala jednodrzwiowa szafke pod biurko; fig. 13; fig. 13.1 przedstawia zamykana pólke; fig. 14; fig. 14.1 przedstawia jednoosobowe lózko z szuflada i pojemnikiem. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the furniture set, manifested in the contours, lines and shape of the fronts, as well as colors giving it has an individual character that distinguishes it from other furniture sets of this type and/or purpose. The fronts of the furniture set and the shelves in the shelves are in a light beige color marked as "cremona oak" (laminated furniture board with sample number EGGER H1394 ST9), the furniture bodies are in graphite color, while the lower fronts of the cabinets, shelves and hanging shelves in some furniture set according to the pattern are available in various color options: orange, green, turquoise, blue, dark pink, with the orange color visible in the photos Fig. 4 - Fig. 6, Fig. 9, Fig. 10, Fig. 12 , Fig. 14. The furniture set according to the pattern is characterized by simple shapes and the proportions - the thickness of the slats forming the fronts, sides and upper surfaces of the furniture is constant. As shown in the drawings Fig. 1 - Fig. 10, Fig. 12, Fig. 13 and fig. 1.1 - fig. 10.1, fig. 12.1, fig. 13.1 and additionally, in more detail in the exemplary arrangements in fig. 15 and fig. 16, the sides of the graphite fronts in the front view protrude beyond the front surface of most furniture to a height of 4 cm. As illustrated in Fig. 1 - Fig. 10, Fig. 12, Fig. 13 and Fig. 1.1 - Fig. 10.1, Fig. 12.1, Fig. 13.1 and additionally, in more detail, in the exemplary arrangements in Fig. 15 and Fig. 16, the sides of the graphite fronts protrude 4 cm above the top of most furniture. As shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 6, Fig. 9, Fig. 10, Fig. 12, Fig. 13 and Fig. 1.1 - Fig. 6.1, Fig. 9.1, Fig. 10.1, 12.1, Fig. 13.1 and additionally, in more detail, in the exemplary arrangements in Fig. 15 and Fig. 16, some of the furniture in the set has black "x"-shaped handles, which give the furniture a specific character. As shown in Fig. 1 , Fig. 2 and Fig. 1.1, Fig. 2.1 and also in the exemplary arrangement in Fig. 15, a large two-door wardrobe has graphite sides, a pair of light beige doors, two black "x"-shaped handles and a decorative graphite front on the right or left side. As shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3.1, a large two-door corner wardrobe has graphite sides and two black "x"-shaped handles. As shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4.1, a two-door wardrobe with two "x"-shaped handles " has graphite sides, one lower orange drawer with one "x"-shaped handle. As shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 5.1 and also in the exemplary arrangement in Fig. 16, the shelf has graphite sides, three shelves and one lower orange drawer with an "x"-shaped handle. As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 6.1, the narrow shelf has graphite sides and, in the upper part, a hinged, solid door with an "x"-shaped handle, under which there is a shelf and an orange drawer with one black handle. the shape of the letter "x". As shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 7.1, the narrow shelf has a graphite body and four light-beige shelves. As shown in Fig. 8 and Fig. 8.1, the corner shelf in graphite color has four symmetrical shelves on the left and right. As shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 9.1 and in the exemplary arrangement in Fig. 15, a small two-door wardrobe with two x-shaped handles has graphite sides, one lower orange drawer with one x-shaped handle ". As shown in Fig. 10 and Fig. 10.1, each of the three orange drawers of the chest of drawers with graphite sides has an "x"-shaped handle. As shown in Fig. 11 and Fig. 11.1 and also in the exemplary arrangement in Fig. Referring to Fig. 15 and Fig. 16, the graphite desk has a recess in the central part. As shown in Fig. 12 and Fig. 12.1, as well as in the exemplary arrangement in Fig. 15 and Fig. 16, a small single-door cabinet under the desk has graphite sides, orange doors with an "x"-shaped handle. As shown in Fig. 13 and Fig. 13.1 and also in the exemplary arrangement in Fig. 15, the shelf has graphite sides, a horizontal hinged door and an "x"-shaped handle. As shown in Fig. 14 and Fig. .14.1, as well as in the exemplary arrangement in Fig. 16, the single bed has an orange headboard, a graphite frame and an orange shelf with two "x"-shaped handles. Important features of an industrial design A set of furniture according to an industrial design, furnishing rooms, especially for children and teenagers, consisting of 14 elements in the form of wardrobes, shelves, cupboards, a chest of drawers, a desk, shelves and a bed, is characterized by the following: 1. it has a simple shapes and proportions - the thickness of the strips forming the fronts, sides and upper surfaces of the furniture is constant (as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 14 and additionally Fig. 15 and Fig. 16); 2. the sides and bodies of the furniture are in graphite color, while the lower fronts of the cabinets, shelves and chests of drawers are in orange (as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 14 and additionally Fig. 15 and Fig. 16); 3. the fronts of the furniture set and the shelves in the shelves are in light beige colors marked as "cremona oak" - laminated furniture board with sample number EGGER H1394 ST9, (as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 7, Fig. 9, Fig. 13 and additionally Fig. 15 and Fig. 16); 4. the sides of the graphite fronts in the front view protrude beyond the front surface of most furniture by 4 cm (as shown in Fig. 1 - fig. 10, fig. 12, fig. 13 and fig. 1.1 - fig. 10.1, fig. 12.1, fig. 13.1 and additionally fig. 15 and fig. 16); 5. the sides of the graphite fronts protrude above the top rim of most furniture on height 4 cm (as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 10, Fig. 12, Fig. 13 and Fig. 1.1 - Fig. 10.1, Fig. 12.1, Fig. 13.1 and additionally Fig. 15 and Fig. 16 );PL 20470 4 6. most of the furniture in the set has black handles in the shape of an "x" liter (as shown in the drawings fig. 1 - fig. 6, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 12, fig. 13 and Fig. 1.1 - Fig. 6.1, Fig. 9.1, Fig. 10.1, 12.1, Fig. 13.1 and additionally Fig. 15 and Fig. 16).
