Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli, znany pod nazwa handlowa „Iks", sta- nowiacy wyposazenie pokoi zwlaszcza dzieciecych i mlodziezowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu mebli przejawiajaca sie w konturach, li- niach i ksztalcie frontów oraz kolorystyce nadajaca mu indywidualny charakter wyrózniajacy sposród innych zestawów meblowych tego rodzaju i/lub przeznaczenia. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the furniture set manifested in the contours, lines and shape of the fronts and the colours giving it an individual character distinguishing it from other furniture sets of this type and/or purpose. The subject of the industrial design consisting of 14 elements, making up one set - is presented in the drawing, in which the individual, single pieces of furniture of the set according to the pattern are presented in a perspective view, wherein: fig. 1; fig. 1.1 shows a large two-door wardrobe with a decorative front on the right side; fig. 2; fig. 2.1 shows a large two-door wardrobe with a decorative front on the left side; fig. 3; fig. 3.1 shows a large corner two-door wardrobe; fig. 4; fig. 4.1 shows a two-door wardrobe with one lower drawer; fig. 5; fig. 5.1 shows a shelf with three shelves with one lower drawer; fig. 6; fig. 6.1 shows a narrow shelf with one shelf and doors in the lower and upper parts; fig. 7; fig. 7.1 shows a narrow shelf with four shelves; fig. 8; fig. 8.1 shows a narrow, corner shelf with four shelves on the left and right sides; fig. 9; fig. 9.1 shows a small two-door cabinet with 1 drawer; fig. 10; fig. 10.1 shows a three-drawer chest of drawers; fig. 11; fig. 11.1 shows a desk; fig. 12; fig. 12.1 shows a small single-door under-desk cabinet; fig. 13; fig. 13.1 shows a closed shelf; fig. 14; fig. 14.1 shows a single bed with a drawer and a container. The fronts in the furniture set and the shelves in the shelves are in a light beige colour marked as "cremona oak" (laminated furniture board with the EGGER H1394 ST9 sample number), the furniture bodies are in graphite colour, while the lower fronts of the cabinets, shelves, hanging shelves in some pieces of furniture in the set according to the pattern are available in various colour options: orange, green, turquoise, blue, dark pink, with the orange colour visible in photographs fig. 4 - fig. 6, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 12, fig. 14. The furniture set according to the pattern is characterised by simple shapes and the proportions - the thickness of the strips forming the fronts, sides, upper surfaces of the furniture is constant. As shown in drawing fig. 1 - fig. 10, fig. 12, fig. 13 and fig. 1.1 - fig. 10.1, fig. 12.1, fig. 13.1 and additionally, in more detail on the example arrangements in drawing fig. 15 and fig. 16 the sides of the graphite fronts in the front view protrude beyond the front surface of most furniture by a height of 4 cm. As illustrated in drawing fig. 1 - fig. 10, fig. 12, fig. 13 and fig. 1.1 - fig. 10.1, fig. 12.1, fig. 13.1 and additionally, in more detail on the example arrangements in drawing fig. 15 and fig. 16 the sides of the graphite fronts protrude above the top rim of most furniture by a height of 4 cm. As shown in the drawings fig. 1 - fig. 6, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 12, fig. 13 and fig. 1.1 - fig. 6.1, fig. 9.1, fig. 10.1, 12.1, fig. 13.1 and additionally, in more detail in the sample arrangements in fig. 15 and fig. 16, some pieces of furniture in the set have black handles in the shape of the letter "x", which give the furniture a specific character. As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 1.1, fig. 2.1 and also in the sample arrangement in fig. 15, a large two-door wardrobe has graphite sides, a pair of light beige doors, two black handles in the shape of the letter "x" and a decorative graphite front on the back. right or left side. As shown in Figure 3 and Figure 3.1, a large two-door corner wardrobe has graphite sides, two black handles in the shape of the letter "x". As shown in Figure 4 and Figure 4.1, a two-door wardrobe with two handles in the shape of the letter "x" has graphite sides, one lower orange drawer with one handle in the shape of the letter "x". As shown in Figure 5 and Figure 5.1 and also in the example arrangement in Figure 16, the shelf has graphite sides, three shelves and one lower orange drawer with an handle in the shape of the letter "x". As shown in Figures 6 and 6.1, the narrow shelf has graphite sides and in the upper part a hinged, full door with a handle in the shape of the letter "x" under which there is a shelf and under it an orange drawer with one black handle in the shape of the letter "x". As shown in Figures 7 and 7.1, the narrow shelf has a graphite body and four shelves in light beige. As shown in Figures 8 and 8.1, the corner shelf in graphite has four shelves placed symmetrically on the left and right. As shown in Figures 9 and 9.1 and also in the sample arrangement in Figure 15, a small two-door wardrobe with two handles in the shape of the letter "x" has graphite sides, one lower orange drawer with one handle in the shape of the letter "x". As shown in Figures 10 and 10.1, each of the three orange drawers of the chest of drawers with graphite sides has an "x"-shaped handle. As shown in Figures 11 and 11.1 and in the sample arrangement in Figures 15 and 16, the graphite desk has a recess in the central part. As shown in Figures 12 and 12.1, and in the sample arrangement in Figures 15 and 16, the small single-door under-desk cabinet has graphite sides, orange doors and an "x"-shaped handle. As shown in Figures 13 and 13.1 and in the sample arrangement in Figure 15, the shelf has graphite sides, horizontal hinged doors and an "x"-shaped handle. As shown in Figures 14 and 14.1 and in the sample arrangement in Figure 16, the single bed has an orange headboard, a graphite frame and an orange shelf with two "x"-shaped handles. Essential features of an industrial design A set of furniture according to an industrial design, constituting the equipment of rooms, especially children's and youth's rooms, consisting of 14 elements in the form of wardrobes, shelves, cabinets, chests of drawers, desks, shelves, beds is characterized in that: 1. it has simple shapes and proportions - the thickness of the strips forming the fronts, sides, upper surfaces of the furniture is constant (as shown in drawing fig. 1 - fig. 14 and additionally fig. 15 and fig. 16); 2. the sides, bodies of the furniture are in graphite colour while the lower fronts of the cabinets, shelves, chests of drawers are in orange (as shown in drawing fig. 1 - fig. 14 and additionally fig. 15 and fig. 16); 3. the fronts in the furniture set and the shelves in the shelves are in a light beige colour marked as "cremona oak" - laminated furniture board with the EGGER H1394 ST9 sample number (as shown in the drawing fig. 1 - fig. 7, fig. 9, fig. 13 and additionally fig. 15 and fig. 16); 4. the sides of the graphite fronts in the front view protrude beyond the front surface of most of the furniture by 4 cm (as shown in the drawing fig. 1 - fig. 10, fig. 12, fig. 13 and fig. 1.1 - fig. 10.1, fig. 12.1, fig. 13.1 and additionally fig. 15 and fig. 16); 5. the sides of the graphite fronts protrude above the top of most of the furniture on the height 4 cm (as shown in the drawing fig. 1 - fig. 10, fig. 12, fig. 13 and fig. 1.1 - fig. 10.1, fig. 12.1, fig. 13.1 and additionally fig. 15 and fig. 16);PL 20470 4 6. most of the furniture in the set has black handles in the shape of an "x" (as shown in the drawing fig. 1 - fig. 6, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 12, fig. 13 and fig. 1.1 - fig. 6.1, fig. 9.1, fig. 10.1, 12.1, fig. 13.1 and additionally fig. 15 and fig. 16).
