Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac mebli przejawiajaca sie w zastosowaniu oryginalnego wykonczenia i zdobnictwa, nadajacych meblom oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi lózeczko-tapczanik dzieciecy, biurko, komoda z szuflada i szafkami, komoda z szufladami, lózko mlodziezowe, regal, szafa jednodrzwiowa, szafa dwudrzwiowa, pojemnik na zabawki. Lózeczko z fig. 1 sklada sie z dwóch bocznych scian pelnych, laczonych za 3 frezem od góry i z 2 scian przedniej i tylnej zbudowanej ze szczebelek, miedzy którymi znajduje sie miejsce do spania. Pokazane na fig. 2 lózeczko-tapczanik jest zbudowane z górnych czesci scian bocznych lózeczka, miedzy którymi znajduje sie miejsce do spania. Biurko z fig. 3 ma dwie sciany boczne i sciane tylna, miedzy którymi znajduje sie blat, a pod blatem po jednej stronie ma dwie szuflady. Fig. 4 to komoda, która pod blatem ma szuflade, a pod nia dwie szafki. Komoda z szufladami uwidoczniona na fig. 5 ma pod blatem jedna szuflade waska i ponizej 2 szuflady szersze. Na fig. 6 pokazane jest lózko mlodziezowe z dwoma scianami bocznymi, przy glowie wyzszej, a przy nogach nizszej, miedzy którymi znajduje sie miejsce do spania. Fig. 7 to regal z pólkami i szafki. Na fig. 8 znajduje sie szafa jednodrzwiowa. Na fig. 9 znajduje sie szafa dwudrzwiowa. Na fig. 10 umieszczony jest pojemnik na zabawki w postaci skrzyni z pokrywa. Meble wykonane sa w czesci korpusowej z plyty laminowanej oklejanej obrzezem PCV, zas w czesci frontowej (wience górne, fronty drzwi, pilastry pionowe) w MDF lakierowanym. Elementy MDF maja frezowane – zalamane krawedzie frezem prostym od 1 mm – 3 mm. W lózeczku na fig. 1, w tapczaniku na fig. 2, w biurku na fig. 3 i w lózku mlodziezowym na fig. 6 frezowania poziome znajduja sie na scianach bocznych mebli. W komodzie na fig. 4, fig. 5, regale na fig. 7, w szafach na fig. 8 i 9 oraz w pojemniku na zabawki na fig. 10 frezowania wystepuja na frontach mebli. Frezowania te daja podzial mebli i frontów mebli co 165 mm. Frezowane fronty meblowe sa zamocowane wyzej od podlogi niz sciany boczne, które to sa nogami dla tych mebli. Kazdy mebel z kolekcji charakteryzuja proste i gladkie pilastry w czesci frontowej, posadowione po lewej i prawej stronie. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of furniture, manifested in the use of original finishes and ornamentation, giving the furniture a unique and individual aesthetic. The furniture set according to the industrial design consists of a children's bed/couch, a desk, a chest of drawers with drawers and cabinets, a chest of drawers, a youth bed, a shelf, a single-door wardrobe, a double-door wardrobe, and a toy box. Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a cot in a front view, Fig. 2 – a couch made from the cot in a front view, Fig. 3 – a desk in a front view, Fig. 4 – a chest of drawers with a drawer and cabinets in a front view, Fig. 5 – a chest of drawers with drawers in a front view, Fig. 6 – a youth bed in a front view, Fig. 7 – a bookcase in a front view, Fig. 8 – a single-door wardrobe in a front view, Fig. 9 – a two-door wardrobe in a front view, Fig. 10 – a toy container. The cot in Fig. 1 consists of two solid side walls, connected by a third milling joint from the top, and two front and back walls made of rungs, between which there is a sleeping space. The cot-bed shown in Fig. 2 is constructed from the upper parts of the cot's side walls, with a sleeping area between them. The desk in Fig. 3 has two side walls and a back wall, with a tabletop between them, and two drawers under the tabletop on one side. Fig. 4 is a chest of drawers with a drawer under the tabletop and two cabinets underneath. The chest of drawers shown in Fig. 5 has one narrow drawer under the tabletop and two wider drawers below it. Fig. 6 shows a youth bed with two side walls, higher at the head end and lower at the foot end, with a sleeping area between them. Fig. 7 is a bookcase with shelves and cabinets. Fig. 8 is a single-door wardrobe. Fig. 9 is a two-door wardrobe. Fig. 10 is a toy box with a lid. The furniture is made of laminated board with PVC edging in the body, and of lacquered MDF in the front (tops, door fronts, vertical pilasters). The MDF elements have milled edges, broken with a straight milling cutter from 1 mm to 3 mm. Significant features of the industrial design: A furniture set based on the industrial design is characterized by horizontal milling in each piece. In the cot in Fig. 1, the daybed in Fig. 2, the desk in Fig. 3, and the youth bed in Fig. 6, horizontal milling is located on the side walls of the furniture. In the chest of drawers in Fig. 4, Fig. 5, the shelf in Fig. 7, the wardrobes in Figs. 8 and 9, and the toy box in Fig. 10, milling occurs on the furniture fronts. These millings divide the furniture and furniture fronts every 165 mm. Milled furniture fronts are mounted higher from the floor than the side walls, which serve as the legs for these pieces. Each piece in the collection is characterized by simple and smooth pilasters in the front section, placed on the left and right sides.
