PL 25986 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli, znany pod nazwa handlowa „Belize", sta- nowiacy wyposazenie pokoi, salonów, gabinetów, itp. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu mebli przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, kolo- rystyce i zestawieniu faktur nadajaca mu spójny, indywidualny charakter wyrózniajacy sposród innych zestawów meblowych tego rodzaju i/lub przeznaczenia. Kazdy mebel w zestawie posiada charakterystyczna zlota listwe umocowana poziomo badz pio- nowo – jak w przypadku komody, która wizualnie podkresla podzial na rózne funkcje mebla. Zlota listwa okala krawedzie wiszacej czarnej pólki zamocowanej do drewnianej i czarnej sciany tylnej. Przeszklone witryny posiadaja dodatkowo ledowe podswietlenie. PL 25986 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 25986 4 PL 25986 5 PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 25986 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a set of furniture, known under the trade name "Belize", constituting the equipment of rooms, living rooms, offices, etc. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the furniture set, manifested in the shape, colours and combination of textures, giving it a coherent, individual character distinguishing it from other furniture sets of this type and/or purpose. The subject according to the industrial design, consisting of 9 elements, making up one, coherent set - is presented in the drawing, in which the individual, single pieces of furniture of the set according to the pattern are presented in a perspective view, whereby: photo 1 shows a large, two-door wardrobe with two drawers; photo 2 shows a single-wing, single wardrobe, with doors at the top and bottom; photo 3 shows a single wardrobe-display case, with doors at the top and bottom and with glazing and glass shelves; photo 4 shows a partially glazed display case, closed at ½ of its height with full doors at the bottom; photo 5 shows an RTV cabinet with two drawers; photo 6 shows a divided chest of drawers with three drawers and a door; photo 7 shows a table; photo 8 shows a coffee table with a drawer; photo 9 shows a hanging shelf; Drawing photo 1.1 – photo 6.1 shows in detail the individual pieces of furniture in the set according to the industrial design, enlarged, in order to precisely illustrate the reserved details. The two side walls forming the bodies of the furniture in the set according to the industrial design are black, while the upper base and fronts are light brown, with a wooden structure with visible grain. On the front surface of the furniture according to the design, black inserts placed horizontally or vertically are visible – as in the case of the chest of drawers, giving the set a coherent character. Each piece of furniture in the set has a characteristic gold strip attached horizontally or vertically – as in the case of a chest of drawers, which visually emphasizes the division into different functions of the furniture. The gold strip surrounds the edges of the hanging black shelf attached to the wooden and black rear wall. The glass display cabinets have additional LED backlighting. Essential features of an industrial design A set of furniture according to the industrial design, constituting the equipment of rooms, living rooms, studies, etc. consisting of 9 elements in the form of wardrobes, display cabinets, an RTV cabinet, a chest of drawers, a hanging shelf, a table and a coffee table, is characterized in that: 1. the two side walls forming the bodies of the furniture in the set according to the industrial design are black, while the upper base and the fronts are light brown, with a wooden structure with visible grain (as shown in the drawings photos 1–9 and photos 1.1–6.1); 2. on the front surface of the furniture according to the pattern there are visible black inserts placed horizontally or vertically (as shown in the drawings photos 1–9 and photos 1.1–6.1); 3. each piece of furniture in the set has a characteristic gold strip attached horizontally or vertically (as shown in the drawing photos 1–9 and photos 1.1–6.1); 4. the gold strip surrounds the edges of the black shelf attached to the wooden and black back wall (as shown in the drawing photo 9); 5. the glass display cases additionally have LED backlighting (as shown in the drawing photo 3, photo 4; photo 3.1, photo 4.1).
