Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu mebli przejawiajaca sie w konturach, li- niach, zdobieniu frontów nadajaca mu indywidualny charakter wyrózniajacy sposród innych zestawów meblowych tego rodzaju i/lub przeznaczenia. Charakterystycznym elementem widocznym we wszystkich meblach sa drzwi, posiadajace bra- zowe, drewniane nakladki zwezajace sie przy powierzchni górnej drzwi, których krawedzie wewnetrz- nych boków sa wygiete do zewnatrz w ten sposób, ze tworza uchwyt. Zwezajace sie drewniane nakladki w przeszklonych witrynach tworza na powierzchni drzwi figure geometryczna zblizona do trójkata prostokatnego, natomiast na pozostalych meblach w zestawie na- kladki te przypominaja polowe trapezu. Przeszklone witryny posiadaja widoczne szklane pólki z ledowym podswietleniem. Witryny posiadaja przeszklone fronty a wszystkie meble, z wyjatkiem malej szafki RTV posiadaja w dolnej czesci czarne szyby (jak pokazano na rysunku fot. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7); 2. we wszystkich meblach drzwi posiadaja brazowe, drewniane nakladki zwezajace sie przy powierzchni górnej, których krawedzie wewnetrznych boków sa wygiete do zewnatrz w ten sposób, ze tworza uchwyt (jak pokazano na rysunku fot. 1 – fot. 7); 3. zwezajace sie drewniane nakladki na drzwiach przeszklonych witryn tworza na ich po- wierzchni figure geometryczna zblizona do trójkata prostokatnego (jak pokazano na ry- sunku fot. 1, 2, 3); 4. zwezajace sie drewniane nakladki w komodach i szafkach RTV przypominaja polowe tra- pezu (jak pokazano na rysunku fot. 4, 5, 6, 7); 5. przeszklone witryny posiadaja widoczne szklane pólki z ledowym podswietleniem (jak po- kazano na rysunku fot. 1, 2, 3). The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the furniture set manifested in the contours, lines, and decoration of the fronts, giving it an individual character distinguishing it from other furniture sets of this type and/or purpose. The subject according to the industrial design is presented in a drawing in which the individual, single pieces of furniture of the set according to the pattern are shown in a front view, wherein: photo 1 shows a two-door, glass-fronted display cabinet; photo 2 shows a single-door, glass-fronted display cabinet; photo 3 shows a wide, lower glass-fronted display cabinet; photo 4 shows a small TV cabinet; photo 5 shows a large, glass-fronted TV cabinet; photo 6 shows a large, glass-fronted chest of drawers; Photo 7 shows a small, two-door, glass-fronted chest of drawers. All the furniture in the set is brown (walnut). The display cabinets have glass fronts, and all the pieces, except for the small TV stand, have black glass panes at the bottom. A distinctive element visible in all the pieces is the door, which has brown wooden overlays that taper at the top, with the edges of the inner sides bent outward to form a handle. The tapered wooden overlays in the glass display cabinets create a geometric figure on the door surface similar to a right-angled triangle, while on the other pieces in the set, these overlays resemble half a trapezoid. The glass display cabinets have visible glass shelves with LED lighting. Essential Features of an Industrial Design A set of furniture based on an industrial design, primarily used for furnishing living rooms and dining rooms in the form of display cabinets, chests of drawers, and television stands, is characterized by the following: 1. all the furniture in the set is brown (walnut). The display cabinets have glass fronts, and all the pieces of furniture, with the exception of a small TV stand, have black glass in the lower part (as shown in photos 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7); 2. all the furniture has doors with brown wooden overlays that taper at the top, the edges of the inner sides of which are bent outward to form a handle (as shown in photo 1 – photo 7); 3. tapered wooden overlays on the doors of glass display cabinets create a geometric figure on their surface similar to a right-angled triangle (as shown in the drawing, photos 1, 2, 3); 4. tapered wooden overlays on chests of drawers and TV cabinets resemble half a trapezoid (as shown in the drawing, photos 4, 5, 6, 7); 5. glass display cabinets have visible glass shelves with LED backlighting (as shown in the drawing, photos 1, 2, 3).
