Zestaw mebli Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli przeznaczony do uzytku domowego, skladajacy sie z wzajemnie wymiennych i kompatybilnych regalów, szafek, witryn, stolika okolicznosciowego i stolu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii indywidualnej kolekcji mebli. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia subtelne wkomponowanie ozdobnych elementów w postaci szerokich listew drewnianych tworzac nowoczesna bryle mebli, a jednoczesnie nadajac im swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Szafka wysoka - witryna przedstawiona na Fig. 1 posiada w górnej czesci skrzydlo drzwiczek przeszklonych, a w dolnej czesci ma niskie skrzydlo drzwiczek o gladkiej powierzchni. Na obrzezu lica szafki wzdluz jednej pionowej krawedzi usytuowana jest szeroka listew ozdobna przechodzaca nastepnie pod katem prostym w zwienczenie górnej pólki mebla. Regal szeroki przedstawiony na Fig.2 posiada pólki usytuowane symetrycznie wzgledem siebie jedna nad druga. Na obrzezu lica regalu szerokiego, wzdluz jednej pionowej krawedzi usytuowana jest szeroka listew ozdobna przechodzaca pod katem prostym w zwienczenie górnej pólki mebla. Komoda przestawiona na Fig.3 posiada dwa skrzydla drzwiczek górne i dolne usytuowane asymetrycznie wzgledem siebie oraz dwie otwarte wneki usytuowane asymetrycznie wzgledem siebie. Kredens szeroki z blatem szklanym przedstawiony na Fig.4 posiada dwa skrzydla drzwiczek, a pomiedzy nimi jest zespól szuflad usytuowanych jedna nad druga. Kredens szeroki posiada szeroka listew ozdobna usytuowana pomiedzy skrzydlem drzwiczek a zespolem szuflad, która przechodzi pod katem prostym w zwienczenie blatu kredensu wyposazonego w dodatkowy blat szklany.Szafka RTV z blatem szklanym przedstawiona na Fig.5 posiada jedno skrzydlo drzwiczek oraz jedna szuflade, nad która usytuowana jest otwarta wneka. Pomiedzy skrzydlem drzwiczek oraz ukladem szuflady i wneki usytuowana jest szeroka listew ozdobna, która przechodzi w zwienczenie blatu szalki RTV wyposazonej w dodatkowy blat szklany. Kredens waski z blatem szklanym przedstawiony na Fig.6 posiada pionowy uklad szuflad i pionowy zespól waskich pólek, a pomiedzy nimi usytuowana jest szeroka ozdobna listew, która przechodzi pod katem prostym w zwienczenie blatu kredensu wyposazonego w dodatkowy blat szklany. Panel TV przedstawiony na Fig.7 posiada obszar plyciny okolony obramowaniem listwowym oraz posiada pionowy zespól waskich pólek i waska otwarta wneke. Ozdobna szeroka listew usytuowana jest na tylnej sciance panelu TV i widoczna jest ponizej dolnej krawedzi obramowania plyciny oraz wystaje nieco powyzej górnej krawedzi tego obramowania. Stolik okolicznosciowy przedstawiony na Fig. 8 ma ramowa konstrukcje dwóch par nóg utworzonych z szerokich listew wykonanych z drewna zwienczonych w górnej czesci listwami o tej samej szerokosci i posiada blat wykonany z tafli szklanej. Pod szklanym blatem stolik okolicznosciowy ma umieszczona pólke. Stolik okolicznosciowy przedstawiony na Fig.9 ma ramowa konstrukcje dwóch par nóg utworzonych z szerokich listew zwienczonych w górnej czesci blatem o gladkiej powierzchni i posiada ponizej dodatkowa pólke. Stól przedstawiony na Fig. 10 ma ramowa konstrukcje dwóch par nóg utworzonych z szerokich listew zwienczonych w górnej czesci blatem o jednolitej gladkiej powierzchni.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego: - asymetryczne wkomponowanie w bryly mebli ozdobnych elementów w postaci szerokich listew przechodzacych pod katem prostym na górny blat. - ozdobne elementy w postaci szerokich listew wykonane sa z drewna litego o kontrastowym kolorze wzgledem pozostalej powierzchni lica mebli. - meble osadzone sa na niskich cokolach cofnietych nieco od lica powierzchni czolowych i bocznych. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and line layout of the individual furniture collection. The aesthetic effect is achieved through the subtle incorporation of decorative elements in the form of wide wooden strips, creating a modern furniture shape while simultaneously giving it a distinctive and original appearance. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, where: Fig. 1 shows a general view of the tall cabinet/display cabinet; Fig. 2 shows a general view of the wide shelf. Fig. 3 shows a general view of a chest of drawers, Fig. 4 shows a general view of a wide sideboard with a glass top, Fig. 5 shows a general view of a TV cabinet with a glass top, Fig. 6 shows a general view of a narrow sideboard with a glass top, Fig. 7 shows a general view of a TV panel, Fig. 8 shows a general view of a side table with a glass top, Fig. 9 shows a side table in a general view, Fig. 10 shows a general view of an extendable table. A characteristic feature of a furniture set based on an industrial design is the incorporation of decorative elements in the form of wide decorative strips, which create original lines of asymmetry in the overall composition of the furniture shape. The wide decorative strip has a contrasting color relative to the rest of the furniture. The furniture is set on low plinths slightly recessed from the face of the front and side surfaces. The tall cabinet/display unit shown in Fig. 1 has a glazed door at the top and a low door with a smooth surface at the bottom. A wide decorative strip runs along one vertical edge of the cabinet face, extending at a right angle to the top of the unit's shelf. The wide bookcase shown in Fig. 2 has shelves arranged symmetrically, one above the other. A wide decorative strip runs along one vertical edge of the wide bookcase face, extending at a right angle to the top of the unit's shelf. The chest of drawers shown in Fig. 3 has two asymmetrically arranged door leaves: the top and bottom, and two asymmetrically arranged open alcoves. The wide sideboard with a glass top, shown in Fig. 4, has two doors, and between them is a set of drawers arranged one above the other. The wide sideboard has a wide decorative strip placed between the door and the set of drawers, which runs at a right angle to the top of the sideboard, which is equipped with an additional glass top. The TV stand with a glass top, shown in Fig. 5, has one door and one drawer, above which is an open recess. A wide decorative strip is placed between the door and the drawer and recess arrangement, which runs to the top of the TV stand, which is equipped with an additional glass top. The narrow sideboard with a glass top shown in Fig. 6 has a vertical arrangement of drawers and a vertical set of narrow shelves, with a wide decorative strip between them, which runs at a right angle to the top of the sideboard, which is equipped with an additional glass top. The TV panel shown in Fig. 7 has a panel area surrounded by a strip frame and has a vertical set of narrow shelves and a narrow open recess. The wide decorative strip is located on the rear wall of the TV panel, visible below the lower edge of the panel frame and protruding slightly above the upper edge of this frame. The occasional table shown in Fig. 8 has a frame structure of two pairs of legs made of wide wooden strips topped with strips of the same width at the top, and has a glass top. The occasional table has a shelf beneath the glass top. The occasional table shown in Fig. 9 has a frame structure of two pairs of legs made of wide slats topped at the top with a smooth surface and has an additional shelf below. The table shown in Fig. 10 has a frame structure of two pairs of legs made of wide slats topped at the top with a uniform smooth surface. Significant features of the industrial design: - asymmetrical incorporation of decorative elements in the form of wide slats into the furniture body, running at right angles to the top table. - decorative elements in the form of wide slats are made of solid wood in a contrasting color to the rest of the furniture face. - the furniture is set on low plinths slightly recessed from the face of the front and side surfaces. The furniture set will be introduced to the market under the name: "SANU living room furniture set".
