Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli przeznaczony do wyposazania pomiesz- czen mieszkalnych lub biurowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac mebli przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii kontu- rów i ksztaltów nadajacych meblom oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi szafka dolna, szafka RTV, szafka wiszaca oraz pólka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zdjeciu, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia szafke dolna zestawu mebli, fig. 2 szafke RTV zestawu mebli, fig. 3 szafke wiszaca zestawu mebli, fig. 4 przedstawia pólke zestawu mebli, a fig. 5 przedstawia przykladowa aranzacje zestawu mebli. Szafka dolna zestawu mebli ma korpus w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, wykonany z prostokatnych, plaskich, pelnych plyt. Do korpusu szafki zamocowane sa drzwi utworzone z prostokatnej, plaskiej, pelnej plyty. Górna plyta korpusu szafki jest nieznacznie przedluzona do przodu, jej krawedz czolowa licuje sie z plaszczyzna drzwi szafki. Podluzny uchwyt zamocowany jest w poziomie w górnej czesci drzwi szafki. Kolorystyka szafki jest kontrastowa, drzwi szafki sa innego koloru niz korpus szafki. Szafa RTV zestawu mebli ma korpus w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, wykonany z prostokatnych, plaskich, pelnych plyt. Szafka podzielona jest w pionie na trzy czesci. W korpusie szafki umieszczone sa jedna obok drugiej trzy szuflady o frontach wykonanych z prosto- katnej, plaskiej, pelnej plyty. Boczne pionowe plyty korpusu szafki oraz pionowe plyty dzielace korpus sa przedluzone do góry. Na pionowych plytach mebla osadzony jest szklany blat, którego krawedz czolowa licuje sie z powierzchnia czolowa frontów szuflad. Podluzny uchwyt zamocowany jest w po- ziomie w srodkowej czesci frontu kazdej szuflady. Kolorystyka szafki jest kontrastowa, fronty szuflad sa innego koloru niz korpus szafki. Szafka wiszaca zestawu mebli ma korpus w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostoka- ta, wykonany z prostokatnych, plaskich, pelnych plyt. Do korpusu szafki zamocowane sa drzwi utwo- rzone z umieszczonych jedna nad druga w odleglosci od siebie dwóch prostokatnych, plaskich, pel- nych plyt pomiedzy którymi osadzona jest szyba. Wysokosc plyty dolnej drzwi jest okolo pieciokrotnie mniejsza od wysokosci plyty górnej drzwi szafki. W korpusie, w polowie wysokosci szklanej czesci drzwi szafki umieszczona jest szklana pólka. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of furniture manifested in the features of contour lines and shapes that give the furniture an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The set of furniture according to the industrial design consists of a lower cabinet, an RTV cabinet, a hanging cabinet and a shelf. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the lower cabinet of the furniture set, Fig. 2 the RTV cabinet of the furniture set, Fig. 3 the hanging cabinet of the furniture set, Fig. 4 shows the shelf of the furniture set, and Fig. 5 shows an example arrangement of the furniture set. The lower cabinet of the furniture set has a body in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, made of rectangular, flat, solid boards. The cabinet body is fitted with a door made of a rectangular, flat, solid board. The upper board of the cabinet body is slightly extended forward, its front edge is flush with the surface of the cabinet door. The long handle is fitted horizontally in the upper part of the cabinet door. The cabinet colour scheme is contrasting, the cabinet doors are a different colour than the cabinet body. The RTV cabinet of the furniture set has a body in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, made of rectangular, flat, solid boards. The cabinet is divided vertically into three parts. In the cabinet body, three drawers are placed next to each other with fronts made of a rectangular, flat, solid board. The side vertical boards of the cabinet body and the vertical boards dividing the body are extended upwards. A glass top is mounted on the vertical boards of the furniture, the front edge of which is flush with the front surface of the drawer fronts. The long handle is mounted horizontally in the middle of the front of each drawer. The cabinet is in contrasting colours, the drawer fronts are a different colour than the cabinet body. The hanging cabinet of the furniture set has a body in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, made of rectangular, flat, solid boards. The cabinet body is fitted with doors made of two rectangular, flat, solid boards placed one above the other at a distance from each other, with a glass panel between them. The height of the lower door panel is approximately five times lower than the height of the upper panel of the cabinet door. A glass shelf is placed in the body, halfway up the glass part of the cabinet door. The upper panel of the cabinet body is slightly extended forward, its front edge is flush with the surface of the cabinet door. The long handle is mounted horizontally in the middle of the lower part of the cabinet door plate. The cabinet colour scheme is contrasting, the cabinet door plates are a different colour than the cabinet body. The hanging shelf of the furniture set is made of a rectangular, solid, flat back plate and a rectangular, solid, flat horizontal plate of equal length mounted perpendicularly to it, above its lower edge. The shelf colour scheme is contrasting, the shelf back plate is a different colour than the shelf horizontal plate. Essential features of the industrial design A common feature of the furniture set is the characteristic, simple and massive construction of the furniture, all the cabinets of the furniture set have a body in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, made of rectangular, flat, solid plates. The top plate of the lower cabinet body and the hanging cabinet is slightly protruded forward and its front edge is flush with the front surface of the cabinet doors, the side vertical plates of the RTV cabinet body and the vertical plates dividing its body are extended upwards and a glass top is mounted on them. The hanging cabinet body is fitted with doors made of two rectangular, flat, solid boards placed one above the other at a distance from each other, between which a glass is mounted.
